Been using this for a couple of years per my nutritionist, to clear up psoriasis. The psoriasis has shown no clear difference due to this product, but she keeps me on it. Psoriasis is very difficult, and there are too many variables to attribute its state to any one product. I do think that decades of supplements, and a healthy lifestyle, has kept it at bay.

Expensive and saw no results
Did not notice any difference in skin quality after a month. Had taken EPO in the past for hormonal acne and I saw no improvement with this one, and the price is quite high. Will not be reordering.

I have been using this product for about 4 weeks. I think it might be helping with my pms. I will come back to report after longer intake but I will keep taking this product. Due to size of the pill it’s little tougher to swallow but not a big deal.
