Vanilla Flavor is Pretty Good
I think the taste and texture are pretty good considering the nutrient profile. It blends well with milk but some may find it a tad bit gritty, especially when compared to milk-based protein health drinks. My six year old son drinks it and likes it so it gets a thumbs up from me.

Very pleased with this for the most part. Has so much good stuff in it and it mixed very easily into smoothies or a little less easily stirred into milk or water. I actually tried a scoop of this in some homemade ice cream and it really was great. I wouldn’t do it again, but I wanted to try it. The taste is a good vanilla, just strong enough for a great flavor. My only critique is the price, as this is only 14 servings. But it may be just the right fit depending on your (or really your kids) needs.

This is a very good product for children
This is a highly complete supplement and the manufacturer has gone to sufficient lengths to keep the dosage of all of the ingredients in a range that is suitable for children. That means that I don’t have to give my little one an adult specific product that I then titrate myself by reducing the dosage size. It is nice to find products like this that are specifically designed for children.

Excellent nutritional supplement
While this Metagenics Nutrition Powder is formulated for kids between 4 and 12 years old, it is ideal for me: I like to occasionally step back from my full-dose, adult nutritional supplement regimen and, on certain days, take supplements in a smaller dosage. This powder provides a huge array of nutritional supplements. It is of excellent quality, with a nice vanilla smell and flavor. It is quite palatable and dissolves well in the milk of my morning cereal.
