    You won’t be disappointed. ***IF you’re currently on/taking prescription medication

    First, “metabolic Maintenance” – the brand – is worth it’s weight in gold. No additives, fillers, etc. Clean, clean, clean! And, what’s in the bottle is actually what the label indicates. If you’re hesitant about a curcumin supplement (turmeric) – do a quick google of the health benefits of turmeric. You won’t be disappointed. ***IF you’re currently on/taking prescription medication, double-check drug/drug interactions with turmeric.. it’s pretty potent stuff – high doses have been shown to lower blood SUGAR and blood pressure.

    On top of being worthless, I never signed up Auto Delivery and they keep shipping to me.Fortress brand products are now on my never buy list.
