This is my second product from this company and so far I am really liking their supplements.- Lot number and expiration clearly marked on bottom of bottle- Good manufacturing practices certified- Third-party tested- 30 day supply at two capsules per day dosage- Vegan capsules that are easy to swallow. They do have a slight odor to them, but it is not unpalatable.- Non-GMO, hormone free, wheat free, gluten-free, yeast free, milk free, and sugar free. What more can you ask for?

Ladies, I’m in that phase of life where “power surges” (i.e. the hot flashes) are a thing. I don’t want to go on any prescriptions so I thought I’d give this a try. What a difference. The surges are all but gone. The catch is having to take it regularly. If I miss a dose, the surges are back. I haven’t had any side effects and they’re fairly easy to swallow with plenty of water. The capsule is a little dry, so lots of water is key. Also, be aware of some possible side effects with black cohosh (i.e. liver conditions). I don’t have the risk factors, but it’s worth checking before you start taking. Any risk for me is well outweighed by the benefits I’ve gotten.

Takes the edge off
This is okay. I think it takes the edge off of the night sweats and hot flashes. No idea if the other ingredients are making a difference. I think it’s good for the price. After a couple of weeks, it seemed to work well, then after a month, the night sweats came back. I tried taking an extra dose, but that’s going to get expensive. I got this after going off of HRT, and may need to try some other supplements. I’m really close to going back on the hormones, though.
