    Clean ingredients

    Capsules are a normal capsule size or a tad on the bigger side. Directions say to take 2 daily, so this bottle will only last for 30 days. It also says best symptom relief if used consistently. I was planning only to take when I did have hot flashes or night sweats or mood swings. (I don’t have problems with low energy or weight gain, so I’m not worried about that.) I don’t like to take vitamins every single day. They cost a lot of money and I eat super healthy (mostly homegrown foods), so I feel I don’t need them. However, if you do have a lot of symptoms of menopause that are interfering with your day then I would take every day like it says. I’m still in the early stages so I don’t have many symptoms yet, but I plan to take more frequently as I get older and if the symptoms bother me. It’s comforting to have these on hand if I am super moody. It’s hard for me to rate vitamins because I think they’re helping but I don’t have absolute proof. And searching on the internet, there aren’t a lot of research studies done saying that ashwagandha is effective. There are even some negative side effects reported like diarrhea. So you’ll have to do your own research and also see for yourself if this vitamin is helpful to your menopausal symptoms or not.I do appreciate the fact that the ingredients look clean. No added dyes or sugar. Just the 6 extracts it lists in the ingredients.

    Helped a little so far

    I have been taking these capsules for a couple weeks and I they have helped a little some of my menopausal symptoms–my mood swings and overheating. I also sleep a little better too and tend to wake up less during the night. They don’t have any offensive taste and are easy to swallow. I will be curious if they will help long term with weight gain. I like that there is Cohosh in this as one of my friends recommended this herb as bring very effective.

    I tried this supplement to help with menopausal symptoms and did notice some improvement. However, it made me feel quite drowsy and also caused some nausea after taking it. Because of the sleepiness, I found it was better to take later in the day rather than in the morning.
