For me, life-changing….
Know that sounds dramatic, but it is true. Tried these 3 years ago, when my sister was a ‘member’. One month, I thought it made a difference, but so expensive… soooo back to Nature Made…. Fast forward July 2018. Tired all of time, dragging. 12 hours of sleep, still tired and low mood. Got serious and started taking these as directed = 2 per day. End of September, I am popping out of bed, full of energy. Too good to be true. October same thing.These are expensive vitamins, but they work. I am now off of prescription medication and do not take additional B12. Just Mel. Must take with food or I will get sick. But that is it. I wish I had stuck with these three (3) years ago. (NOTE: this is sincere review. Not paid, etc. I hope It helps someone who perhaps is on anti-depressants. I know your struggle. In my case, I believe that B complex and B12s made the difference. May not be the case for everyone, I have not felt this good (energy and general, positive mood)- “normal” in years. Good luck. )

They really work!
I’ve been taking these vitamins for over 15 years now, they really work! If I run out and don’t take them for a week my body knows it. You have to take them everyday without missing them or taking them to see results. You have to be dedicated in taking them or you won’t feel a difference. It took me a week in my system to feel energy it could take two weeks to get into your system. Everyone is different.

Energy in a bottle!
Years ago I used Melaleuca’s multi vitamin and it worked like magic. My understanding is that it dissolves better and more vitamins are absorbed into the blood stream better than cheaper brands. Results … more energy!

Have more energy with taking this vitamin
I have been taking the product for the past week. Definitely feel the difference I have more energy and not do tired like before. I would recommend this product , the pill is on the larger size in case anyone has struggles taking larger size pills.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’d taken this years ago and had quit as I was having health issues I needed to check side effects. I definitely noticed not having them! Finally, I got to add them back and am doing much better. Thanks.

This the best multivitamin on the market because it is so readily absorbed. I cannot afford to join Melaleuka so I appreciate being able to buy this on Amazon market place.
