Quite comprehensive
The capsules have a pretty standard size, properly filled and sealed.. They are easy to swallow, and you can’t really get any taste out of them. Capsules are vegan (you would be surprised how many supplements use animal products).This has a pretty complete nutritional profile (over a dozen vitamins, and some minerals).As this is not the only supplement I take, I am cutting down to only 1 capsule a day vs the 2 listed as the recommendation on the label. With two capsules you exceed the DV values on almost all ingredients, one seems to be the sweet spot (the bottle would last twice as much, better bang for the buck).Overall a good option for daily multi.

Food-based Quality
I’ve been using the MegaFood brand for years. Food-based and bioavailable vitamins are important to me; it means quality. I’m really happy to see that their folate and B-12 are methylated for increased nutrient uptake. I have an MTHFR variation, so I’m a happier person when I have my B-vitamin needs covered. I’ve never had a problem feeling nauseous from the MegaFood’s B vitamins, even if I take them at the beginning of the meal. The capsules aren’t too big either.I stopped buying one of their kids’ vitamins when I saw the Bs were not methylated but hopefully they change that soon.

These seem to work.
My husband really likes these. They seem high quality and he says they taste pretty good! He hasn’t had any issues with an upset stomach, but he has a really tough stomach to begin with. He said he hasn’t really noticed a lot of difference but said he seems to have some more energy and overall feels good.. it could be a placebo effect, or maybe these really work. Will need to keep taking them longer to see.

MegaFood products come at a Hefty Price Butt are worth every penny. These vitamins are specifically fit for the male dominant however He recommends it. The female version is just as potent and includes added femininity for A Bonus. 3/5

Warning: mislabeled – inaccurate folate
The label states the product contains:1335 mcg DFE Folate (400 mcg L-5-MTHF)According to standard FDA conversion rates, 1 mcg of supplemental L-5-MTHF converts to 1.67 mcg DFE.If a product contains 400 mcg of L-5-MTHF, the math should equal roughly 667 mcg DFE (which is what other brands list for 400 mcg).However, this product’s label lists 1335 mcg DFE. For 1335 mcg DFE to be mathematically correct, the capsule would need to contain 800 mcg of L-5-MTHF.We have no idea what we’re getting in this product, and it’s concerning that Megafood made such a labeling error.
