I suffer from an autoimmune disease which cause high inflammation in my body. I noticed after taking tumeric supplements that the inflammation has calmed down a lot. The only drawback I have is to make sure I take these tumeric pills early in the and not to close to bedtime. The pills tend to give me a large amount of energy which disrupts my sleep. I would recommend these pills to anyone wanting to start a quality tumeric regiment that can control inflammation.

Work As They Claim To……
I am impressed. This turmeric actually does what MegaFoods claims it will do. Both me and my husband have been using this turmeric for the last 26 days and we’ve both experienced less joint pain after approximately 5 days of starting this turmeric. They are very effective! The capsules are about an inch long. I find them easy to swallow with water; but, if you struggle with swallowing pills then you should know that they are on the larger size and a single dose is 2 of them.Personally, I was hesitant about taking this supplement because I tried another brand of turmeric before and I had a reaction. But, I had read that it could have been due to metals in the supplement. So, due to MegaFoods reputation of specializing in whole food based supplements, I thought I’d give turmeric another try and try MegaFoods turmeric. I am not disappointed!! Turns out it wasn’t the turmeric after all. MegaFoods makes a quality product!I would recommend these for anyone who deals with joint pain and is looking for some relief. They would definitely be worth a try.
