Time will tell… but the capsules seems fine.
With any of the supplements it takes a good while to notice any of the promised positive effects… so I can’t comment on those yet.The packaging was solid and the capsules themselves seemed to be of good quality. I’m usually a bit wary about ordering supplements from ‘new’ companies since it is not practical to authenticate the ingredients. But that consideration set aside, time will have to reveal any good they might offer.

Good B-Complex Formula, but Best Taken With Food
This is a solid B-complex supplement with a nice, clean ingredient list and the added benefit of myo-inositol and choline. The capsule is easy to take and the formula seems well thought out, and it feels comparable in quality to other B vitamin supplements I’ve used.One thing to note is that it gives me some indigestion if I take it on an empty stomach, which hasn’t happened with other B-complex products. Taking it with food solves the issue. Otherwise, it seems effective and well made. As with any supplement, results can vary and supplements in general are tough to verify.

Great Ingredients and GMO
I very much like this B-Complex supplement. In fact, I think it’s better than the multitude of other B-Complex vitamins in that it also includes myo-inositol and choline. I normally take my B-Complex in liquid form for faster absorption, but I don’t really notice a difference taking these as pills. They aren’t tiny pills, but easy enough to swallow.There is no smell or any taste. Only one a day is needed, which is nice. Also nice is that they are GMO, so even better. It seems to be a high-quality supplement given there aren’t any fillers in it. I feel good taking these and don’t notice any difference from the liquid stuff I was taking previously. These don’t upset my stomach.

This Mega B complex vitamin supplement from the Loriinae Store is a great addition to my daily supplements. These are made in the USA using GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). They are gluten free, non-GMO, and vegan. They contain all the B vitamins in one capsule, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 and chloine which is an essential nutrient crucial for liver function, brain development, muscle movement and nervous system health. It is best taken in the morning with a meal to improve absorption. They came adequately safety sealed with an acceptable future expiration date clearly marked on the bottom. They are very easy to use, just take 1 pill daily. They are easy to swallow, have no real taste or odor, have no aftertaste, and do not upset my stomach. The current price of $40.49 for 120 capsules comes to approximately 34 cents per savings, which is a lot cheaper than taking each of these ingredients separately and provides over 100 percent of each of the recommended daily values for each of these B vitamins.

This is a great value for 4 months’ worth of a complete balanced formula with zero fillers that contains all of your b-vitamins in healthy amounts in a single capsule. Best taken in the morning as b’s bring the energy. B’s (and C’s) are water soluble, so your body absorbs only what it needs at the time and excretes the rest, which is why daily b vitamins are so important, the body doesn’t store them in fat like other vitamins. No taste, no smell, easy to swallow, no side effects except for increased energy, which is what I want! This is a really good brand, I take multiple Loriinae products.
