    Better than bioidentical progesterone

    In May of 2009, my doctor had me switch to Mediherb Chaste Tree (including Cruciferous Complete, which helps to get rid of ‘bad’ estrogens) after stopping bioidentical progesterone cream, and have done much better with my perimenopause symptoms. This has helped regulate my cycle and greatly reduced other PMS symptoms.I had too many undesirable side effects from bioidentical progesterone like acne and crazy weight fluctuations, and didn’t figure out that was the cause until I finally quit using it. Chaste Tree contains phytoprogesterones, and this source seems to work better for me than the compounded bioidentical progesterone I was using for over 2 years. So glad to be off of that as I feel more hormonally balanced now.

    Love the product – Amazon price is too high

    This product has been a miracle! It was recommended by my chiropractor. My energy levels were at all time lows – it was hard to get out of bed in the morning no matter how much sleep I had and by mid afternoon I barely had enough energy to keep going. Within a month or two of taking Chaste Tree my energy levels have increased – especially in the morning. I am still warn out in the afternoon but it is not as bad. I expect to see more improvement the longer that I am on these! I take one capsule three times a day.On a side note, unless amazon lowers the price I will no longer be ordering from them. I was able to find the same product at my local health food store almost $9 cheaper!!

    much needed

    I bought the Chaste Tree herb after reading an article about PMS and how this herb helped a few women feel normal again. I suffer from very extreme mood swings about 2 weeks before my period, I’ve been taking this for about 30 days and can feel a slight shift in being able to calm myself when I feel the moods changing or myself getting angry, its so nice. If you have extreme PMS I HIGHLY recommend trying this as opposed to going on a medication, I tried everything and gained weight, and none of the meds helped, this is definitely helping

    Great product for menopausal acne

    This stuff has really helped me. After 40 years of annoying acne, I got some crazy mutant menopausal version – ugh! I did a bit of research and it seemed that excess testosterone may be playing a role for me. I consulted a dermatologist, who suggested spironolactone, but I didn’t like what I read for the side effects. It seemed some folks had been helped by chaste tree, and my naturopathic doctor suggested this brand.Two months in I am pleased to report a major reduction in the huge mutant acne – I’m pretty much back to my baseline. If it hadn’t worked (or if it stops working), I will try the drug, but I’m pleased with my choice so far. I take 1 pill morning and night.

    Skeptical at first, but a true believer

    This product was recommended to me by a practitioner specializing in women’s health. I am 49 and had started having some severe hormonal shifts, swings and you know the rest. I started taking the MediHerb Chaste Tree, two tablets each morning, a year ago and within 45 days I felt much better. My cycles were stabilized and my mood swings were almost completely gone. I can honestly say that I didn’t attribute all of my good health to this product until recently. Over the summer, I was feeling so good and thought maybe I didn’t need the supplement anymore. I had run out and didn’t bother to reorder. I was fine for about 30 days and then came the symptoms that I had originally sought help for a year ago. I had forgotten how awful I felt and started to wonder if it was the absence of Chaste Tree ….sure enough, I started taking it again and I feel so much better. Not quite back to “normal” yet but I am hoping I will keep improving. If you are having premenopausal symptoms, it’s worth a try.

    Helped pre and postpartum

    Both my children are chastetree babies! I’ve always had low progesterone and Chaste tree is the only thing that seemed to help me from miscarrying. I’ve continued to take chaste tree while breastfeeding with no side effects.

    Just started taking this product by the advise of our chiropractor and we are noticing some improvements. No side effects noticed.
