Great anti-aging ingredients
This is a one month supply of NAD+ supplements in capsule form. The capsules are medium-sized, which is a bit larger than I like but I can still swallow them without choking unlike the big ones. These have the ingredients you would expect in an anti-aging supplement (Nicotinamide Riboside, Quercetin & Resveratrol) and several others, including turmeric and ginseng. This is a promising blend that is worth a try.

Good NR supplement at a good price, but be sure to understand what this is
This is not actually an NAD+ supplement. This supplement is NR (Nicotinamide Riboside), which the body converts to NAD+. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it is not NAD+, and I don’t know the conversion factor: how much NAD+ (the active molecule) is formed from 500mg of NR (the dose in 2 capsules). Also, the supplement contains smallish quantities of several other “anti-aging” compounds so that 2 capsules contain 900mg of total stuff, including 500mg of NR. The listing headline is not clear about these issues, although the “Facts” panel spells it all out – you just need to read the fine print to understand what this supplement really is. This product is made in India, which supplies the world with a large portion of its pharmaceuticals and supplements, and I appreciate the transparency. The bottle I received is well sealed and has a long shelf life (received 09/2024, expires 08/2027); unusually, the expiration date is part of the label, not printed “on the fly” as the bottle is going down the filling line. This supplement is attractively priced. This would be a 5 star product if the listing “big print” weren’t a little misleading, but it is and I penalize it a star for this.

Combination supplement with quality ingredients
I got this for the NAD supplement, but am also pleased that this contain trans-resveratrol and turmeric, as I also take these other supplements daily and this combination supplement fits in very well with my daily regimen and allows me to reduce the total number of capsules that I take daily.I’ve found these easy to take and side effect-free. Any potential benefits, if real, are likely months or years away, so I take my supplements based on advice from my own health care professionals, which I recommend that others consult with theirs as well.This is a one month supply, not expensive, not cheap, so it helps that this contains several supplements in one capsule.

Good blend of anti-aging supplements
I like that this is an affordable way to get several supplements that show positive effects for optimizing the aging process.It is important to note that the NAD portion of it is a NAD precursor rather than NAD. I’m not sure about conversion efficiency, quantities, etc., but it stands to reason that it will have some level of positive contribution to NAD levels.The other ingredients are solid bets for healthy aging as well, although not in optimal, clinically studied doses. This is typical of multi-ingredient supplements. The more ingredients you put into a capsule, the less of each supplement can fit, obviously. I don’t think that makes a bad supplement. I believe that even low doses of things can have a positive benefit, especially when used consistenly over time.The price on this makes it possible for people like me to use these supplements when we might not otherwise be able to afford to use them regularly at the clinically recommended doses. Lower doses can still have some benefit, and some is better than zero.

Solid budget NAD+ supplement
So far I’m pretty happy with these. You get 60 capsules and with the suggested dosage of 2 a day, this should last you about 30 days and when you compare that to some of the alternatives, this one is on the less expensive side.What I like:Pills are a good size and easy to swallow. No bad taste.There is a odor when opening the bottle but its mild and not unpleasant.I like the ingredients. Id prefer to get NR and allow my body to handle the converting to NAD+. So although the label says NAD supplement, its actually NR which your body converts.What I dont like:Nothing.

Perfect blend of NAD+ with additional anti-inflammatories and other benefits
I love this supplement. So I take NAD+ to help with energy, as I have a health issue that impacts energy. So when taking this (as well as a lot of other supplements I already take) I feel a bit more improvement in my energy….so very happy with its effect. Not only with energy, but it also has additional anti-inflammatory and other ingredients, such as a little bit of Turmeric that I already take anyway (40mg) so its great to get a little more of that. As well as 150mg of Quercetin which I have been recommended to take as while. Quercetin is an antioxidant that has numerous health benefits, so I am pretty happy to get a nice dose of that as well with this.It additionally even has some Panax Ginseng Root which also gives energy as well as a few other ingredients. This why I take this in the morning….and I have improved energy in my days. (and easier to get sleepy at night too.)Lastly, while this is made in India, I like how it says it is a product of India, and includes all the official looking emblems and even has a batch # for verification. It is also quality tested and packaged by a US company in the US, thus ensuring my confidence in it, apparently in Portland, OR. and…the suplements smell super fresh when you open it so it definitely seems to have potent and high quality ingredients. (the Panax Ginseng Root, Astralagus Root, and Turmeric Root all probably combine to give it that zesty kindof fresh smell…excellent.)Oh, and one last thing…I was happy to find it has no strange ingredients, but just lists vegetable cellulose, which is a natural ingredient that many natural supplements use. (wheras lots of supplements I have tried will label themselves as “natural” such and such…and then have genetically modified additives in them listed in tiny print on the bottle.) No such issue here. So its a very likely clean, fresh, and very effective supplement at what it says it does. Love the blend, the quality, and…the results. Super happy with it and I would easily recommend it to others if you are looking for any of the health benefits this can give.

Too many other ingredients for my likingToo many other ingredients for my liking
So you’re probably getting this for the nicotinamide riboside (an NAD+ precursor, not actually NAD+). You should know each pill has 250 mg of it and the ingredients are in dry form, not the liposomal form. Those might be big factors for you. I personally prefer more of the main ingredient and, less so, what’s supposed to be the more readily absorbable liposomal form.I also prefer to have many fewer than 7 ingredients in a supplement, so I’m not getting hives from a random plant and so I know what’s doing the work if it seems like it’s working.I got this as an adjunct for a different version I was taking two of each day, but that one is about twice the price (but for 750 mg/pill of NR). So I’m now taking one of these and one of the higher mg version. I noticed a benefit to my energy recovery when I was taking two of the other one each day, and there hasn’t been a big difference since I switched to one of that one and one of this one each day. Except this might be responsible for the hives on my hands lately, but I definitely can’t be sure of that at this point.The expiration date is three years out from when I received the bottle, so that’s good on the freshness front.Overall, I can’t say this is my top choice, but it might be okay for those who want the variety of ingredients in it.

Easy to swallowEasy to swallow
I am a big fan of NAD supplements. Very happy to find one with the extra stuff that this one has. The pills are easy to swallow. I did not have any aftertaste, nausea or stomach irritation after use. I recommend taking with food, as I always take supplements like this with food and have no problems after wards. Overall the pills are easy to use. I will continue to use to see the overall supplement benefits and results.
