The design of the me today Beauty Supplement, for Hair, Skin and Nails is quite nice. The bottle is a dark glass and fairly heavy. I really like that this is a one pill a day regime as I really dislike having to take multiple. They are easy to swallow and leave no bad taste. So far I am pleased with these however sometimes biotin supplements will cause me to have breakouts. I have not experienced this yet but I have only been taking for not quite a week. I think they are priced fairly considering this is a 60 day supply.

So it did arrive damaged with shards of glass everywhere. So, non usable. I really liked the idea of taking one collagen and biotin pill a day, rather than 3-4 times a day like other formulas.

If you have an allergy to fish or shellfish, the manufacturer instructed that you not take this supplement. It is Made in Australia. The product that I received has a best by date of 28 months from the date that I received it. It’s a simple way to take care of your hair, skin, and nails from within.

This is a premium collagen supplement. Personally, I would prefer if it was strictly a collagen supplement without the additional vitamins because I get enough of the other vitamins it includes from my food and other supplements, but it’s not a big deal. The supplement itself is tasteless and easy to swallow. Overall, solid supplement!

I’m trying to take better care of myself and needed an easy supplement with collagen that would help maintain the health of my hair, skin, and nails. Since I didn’t want to drink or eat collagen, capsule form was the way to go. As collagen-based supplements go, this one doesn’t smell too strong, it was easy to swallow and didn’t leave a fishy aftertaste. Overall, I like that it’s an easy way to take collagen without dealing with the mess that comes with collagen powder.That said, I should mention that there’s ONLY 225 mg (0.2 grams) of hydrolyzed fish collagen in it, which is less than the recommended dose of 2.5 grams that could benefit joint pain, skin health, and hydration. However, since there are other vitamins like Vitamin C, E, and biotin, it’s a good all-in-one to have handy.Packaging-wise, I do like that it comes in a nice glass container, but it didn’t come packed with cotton wool to prevent the capsules from being tossed around. Thankfully, no capsule was damaged.If you’re looking for a collagen supplement, this isn’t it because there isn’t enough per capsule. But if you want a general multivitamin supplement with some collagen in it, you may want to consider this.

This Me Today beauty supplement comes in a brown glass bottle, with a plastic safely overwrap on the cap, and a tamper resistant seal under the screw off cap. 60 large veg capsules with powder inside each capsule, serving size is one .8 inch capsule, which are large and can be difficult to swallow. Contains 250 mg vitamin C, 22.73 mg Vitamin E, 130 mcg biotin, 15mg zinc, 50 mcg selenium, 225 mg fish collagen, 20 mg silica. No indication what type of fish this is made from. Bottle says this supports hair & skin health, maintains nail strength, provides antioxidant support. I ordered this as I have splitting, brittle nails, and dry, frizzy hair. I will provide an update if I see any improvements after I have been taking this for several weeks. Made in Australia.

The capsules were a bit hard for me to swallow, so I didn’t take them with much regularity enough to see any positive results. They just drag a bit in my throat for a smooth swallow, but I think that is an individual thing. They do not have a bad smell or taste really. No upset stomach or bad aftertaste. I just can’t speak to the results.
