Night and Day difference
This is the 3rd day I have been using this supplement. Im 28 years old and injured my back about 10 years ago. Ive been dealing with reoccurring back injuries since then. As a result I have had extremely tight muscles, and what my doctor suspects is an overactive sympathetic nervous system or “SNS” due to constant pain and fear of injury. Associated with that have been ADD symptoms, brain fog, high cortisol, low testosterone, extremely low muscle awareness, muscle stiffness, depression, shallow breathing. The first day I took this medication, my muscles completely relaxed for the first time in a decade and my brain muscle connection was restored. I didnt realize what I was missing until the veil had been lifted and the truth was revealed! I had not been able to feel most of my body for years. My breathing patterns changed noticeably, slower, deeper seated breaths into my abdomen vs the quick shallow breathes before. My mental clarity and ADD are significantly better, and my addictions that were coping mechanisms for dealing with constant underlying fear and tension seemed unnecessary and unappealing. Im not sure if I am in a small minority of people for whom this supplement is actually life changing but if my story sounds similar to yours I implore you to give this a try. Taking the larger doses of regular thiamine tended to make me feel off, this did not. Capsules are super small. I actually had to space out my dosages because in my body, it was quite awakening to my system. Exactly what I hoped for. I would say it was not a sustained thing, but while I took it I found the kind of benefit you hope for with a new thing.
