Perfect prenatal
I prefer this since the pills are much easier to swallow. It has a weird smell but if you can get over that, this is a great option!

So far so good!
I really like these. I’m picky when it comes to supplements and although I’m not pregnant, I like to incorporate a prenatal into my supplements every 6 months or so for the added benefit. This one is easy on digestion and so far seems to be a nice balanced blend. I’ve been taking it for 2 or 3 weeks so far and I have no irritation. It’s interacting well with my other supplements (B6, D3, ACV, etc.) and feels well-received in the body. The capsules are some of the smallest I’ve seen for a multi.

Awesome high quality and gentle formula!
Finding the right prenatal can be so overwhelming, but these made the choice easy! My favorite thing about these is that they are small and easy to swallow. I’ve struggled with those massive horse pill prenatals that trigger my nausea, these are a total gamechanger.I also love that they use Methyl Folate instead of synthetic folic acid. With over 20 minerals, I feel confident that I’m getting everything I need for both me and the baby. It’s perfect for both pregnancy and lactation, so I didn’t have to switch brands after delivery.

Small in size
These prenatal vitamins are the only ones I’ve found in a small enough size for me to swallow easily. I’ve used them for all my pregnancies.

Great Daily Multivitamin for Women
Even though I’m not pregnant, I take these prenatal vitamins as my everyday multivitamin and they work really well. They include a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals like B vitamins, vitamin D, iron, zinc, and methyl folate, which are beneficial for overall health, energy, and immune support. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, making them convenient for daily use. I like that they provide higher potency of certain nutrients, which I don’t always get from diet alone. Overall, a solid choice for women looking for a comprehensive daily vitamin.

I Actually Enjoy Taking These Prenatals
I’ve tried a few prenatal vitamins, and these are by far the easiest to swallow. The small capsules go down smoothly, and I don’t get any stomach issues like with other brands. I feel good knowing they have everything I need—especially the methyl folate for my baby’s development. Plus, they’re clean, non-GMO, and gluten-free, which is a big plus for me.
