Mason Natural optimal absorption turmeric 500mg capsules are a good supplement to add to your health regimen. It is said to promote healthy joints and is recommended by some doctors to do just that. The supplements are manufactured in the USA so you can have some piece of mind that clean ingredients.I have been taking the turmeric supplement for almost a month and I can say that I have not noticed any difference in how my joints feel. I do not have much joint pain to begin with so I may not be the best person to evaluate this product.I do think that the price is very good for a 60 day supply.

One of the better turmerics I’ve tried
I just turned 40 and need help battling inflammation. Turmeric has been my go to for years now and I’ve tried lots of different brands. This one works perfectly and makes me feel great.The pills are easy to swallow with no funny after taste. The price is great and the ingredients are pure. Very happy with this product and is something I’ll buy again.

Great turmeric supplement!
Turmeric is a natural supplement that can work wonders for your pain and inflammation. We have used turmeric for years, and have recently turned to Mason Naturals brand. This brand is from Florida and they make their products in the USA.This particular supplement has a good combo of Turmeric Powder (450mg), AND Turmeric Extract (50mg), along with Bioperine black pepper (2.5mg).Would buy this product again. Seems like a good quality.

Good source of turmeric at a good price!
I am still new to taking this supplement, so I cannot attest to how well it works long-term. What I do know is that turmeric is supposed to help with inflammation and joint pain, which is something I need help with, so I hope these will prove effective over time. No supplement works instantaneously.This supplement is USA made, which is a huge plus in my books. It contains black pepper, which is supposed to improve absorption of the turmeric. The only other listed ingredients are rice flour, gelatin, vegetable stearates, and silicone dioxide. I like that it isn’t full of other ingredients and supplements.It comes with 60 capsules, each 500 mg. The daily suggested dose on the bottle is 1 capsule. That is another plus for me since I hate having to take 2-6 capsules per supplement like some other supplements suggest.I ordered it on 3/25, and the expiration date on the bottle is 3/27.The capsules are easy to swallow, smell like turmeric, and have the orange turmeric color to them. I don’t have any aftertaste with them either.I’m pleased with this product so far. Now to just have them start to work where I can notice the difference, and I would be 100% sold on them.

No Joint Help At All Really
These pills did not seem to affect my joint discomfort at all. I felt almost as bad taking them as I would have without them at all. I am sure they helped a bit with antiinflammatory symptoms but not by much. I was really disappointed. The last thing I tried worked better than this but was not great so I am still looking. Painful joints are no fun.
