The taste of these is pretty good. I didn’t notice a huge difference in taking these vs not so it is hard to say. They are a big pricey for the amount of vitamins you get.

I typically stay away from vitamins in gummy form. They usually have a ton of extra sugar in them. These are by far the best I’ve ever tasted. I wish more companies would do this.
