Life changing…
I actually wanted to send my feedback on day #3 of using both the Liquid B12 and Liquid Nighttime Multimineral (lemonade) concurrently. I have all good things to say. Within 9min of taking my shot of nighttime multimineral, I felt sleepy. This is excellent for me since I have difficulty falling asleep. Within 30 min, I was fast asleep. I definitely had deeper sleep being that I had nice dreams and woke up feeling great. Once awake, I take my 4 sprays of great tasting liquid B12 and have energy all day. I am a nurse who works long shifts and am on my feet all day. I am a mother of 3 as well so on my days off, I am a much happier person to them being that I have more energy for them. Since taking these, my husband noticed a positive change (he stated) in my demeanor, my responses to his bad decisions, haha, and all around happiness has increased. It sounds unbelievable but it’s the truth. My husband wants to start taking these as well as my mother in law by the great response I’ve had with this. I go through periods of sadness which I have yet to experience. I suffer from migraines and haven’t had one since I’ve started. It’s been about 3 weeks of using these two concurrently and I truly couldn’t be any happier. I will not stop using these products. My next step is the probiotic. It has it’s benefits
Now let me start by saying that I have a sleeping disorder and so I was not expecting this to work, I hoped but didn’t have high expectations. I was right it didn’t, but for REM disorder it’s not about falling asleep, it’s about staying asleep. So with that being said, I feel asleep easily when I took this. I didn’t have an issue with the taste, I like sour things…think orange creamsycle but lemon, I kept it in the fridge. Despite it not working for me, it will filled with minerals that are beneficial for me, so I don’t consider it a loss as it’s a high quality product. This is something that my teenager can use if she ever needs it. Probably wont be ordering this again, but I think it would be great for others who have a hard time falling asleep.

May contain essential oils
Due to safety concerns and personal adverse reactions in the past, I choose never to consume essential oils in any form. A year or so ago I reached out to Mary Ruth’s Organics about their vitamin C supplements. I was met with excellent customer service and given a timely and thorough reply explaining that the liposomal vitamin C was indeed flavored using essential oils, but the dropper form did not contain oils. Perfect! Earlier this week I reached out to customer service again to verify whether or not these multiminerals are flavored using essential oils (under “natural flavoring” listed in the ingredients). The customer service rep was unable to verify, explained that all of their ingredients are vegan/non-gmo/etc, and said they wouldn’t be able to give me the flavoring ingredients because it’s a proprietary blend. I understand that, and explained that I wasn’t looking for a full list of ingredients, just a yes or no on whether any essential oils are used. The rep said they would reach out to the production team and get back to me. A few days later (today), I did receive a reply via email. It stated:”The flavoring component of this product may contain citrus essential oil(s) to create the lemonade flavor, but unfortunately, due to the proprietary nature of the flavor formula, we are unable to confirm this.”I am very disappointed because I have loved Mary Ruth’s products for years now. Unfortunately, due to this new lack of transparency about a category of ingredients that can cause detrimental side effects, I no longer feel safe consuming any Mary Ruth’s products, as I have no way to ever know if I would be consuming essential oils.

Great Product, but…
Great product and my sleep has never been better! The only issue I have with this is the lemon flavor. From the get-go, I felt like I was drinking a cleaning product and it took me a month to get past that. Definitely changing flavors for sure, but I’m so happy to get in my minerals in a way that also contributes to a better sleep! I’m also taking the morning multi with hair growth in the mornings. So much easier to consume your vitamins and minerals in a liquid form.

I ordered this lemonade flavor by mistake and it tastes like bathroom disinfectant cleaner.Update-customer service from this go has always been top notch over the years. They reached out to me with a resolution due to the taste of product and I must say I am impressed. A Necessary Part of Our Nightly Sleep Routine
We use this every night, and it has become a necessary part of our sleep rhythm. Taking it is one of the signals that the day is winding down and it is time to settle in for the night. I especially appreciate that it is melatonin-free and easy to incorporate into a consistent evening routine.This is not one of those supplements that we tried a few times and then forgot about in the cabinet. Ordered two bottles on Prime Day and they were rancid and discolored.
Update: I heard back from Mary Ruth’s a short time after my orginal review and they replaced both rancid bottles. Adding a few stars back for the replacements and eventual help. Still not my favorite taste or consistency but it’s better than the other flavors.After taking this for several months I ordered two bottles on Prime Day and the first bottle was rancid tasting and much darker than normal. I opened the second bottle thinking that maybe that one bottle was bad. The bottle looked slightly opened and had dried edges around the mouth of the bottle. It also was rancid tasting and much darker than all previous bottles I had received. I went to Amazon to figure out how to either get a refund or get two new bottles sent over. Amazon does not handle the support for these items so I reached out to Mary Ruth’s as directed. It has been 9 days since I opened a ticket with Mary Ruth’s and I have only received one reply asking for the Lot Numbers and Order Number (order had been provided in the first message). I replied with the Lot Numbers within 10 minutes of the ask and have not heard anything since (5 days ago now). Just sharing my experience. It was nice taking my magnesium in liquid form but I’ll probably just stick with my other supplements rather than buy more bottles of this and risk buying it and not having any way to swap out a product that was delivered unusable.
