Reflux/Bloating NO MORE!
I ordered these after watching a TikTok about struggles with Heart Burn, reflux, bloating and nausea. I have 2 girls, ages 9 and 6 and ever since the last one i have struggled with heart burn and reflux. Gastrointestinal issues have been a big struggle of time over the last few months specifically. These have helped TRAMENDOUSLY. I have been taking these supplements for a full week at this point, daily. I haven’t had a singe day with heart burn, or reflux. I also haven’t had any bloating and i am more regular then i was previously. I would highly recommend if you are struggling with single issues to get these, or some sort of Pre/Pro/Post biotic. It has made a world of difference.

Best shelf stable probiotics hands down. I swear they are why I don’t get sick very often (I’ve got 4 kids, 2 in school- they get sick but I don’t). There’s no taste and I do believe they have helped settle my sensitive stomach. They are pricey, but I’m willing to pay more for a product that actually does what it says it will.I’ve been very pleased with all the Mary Ruth’s products I’ve tried so far. Definitely recommend.

Great product but expensive
This probiotic is the only one I can find that would work for me. I have tried so many others. Expensive ones and cheaper ones. Didn’t matter these work great for me. They help keep my bloating down. I do find them expensive.

I’ve tried a variety of probiotic supplements over the past 10 years, and this one has become my favorite. After so much trial and error, I’ve learned that not every probiotic works the same, but this one has consistently delivered the results I was hoping for.What stands out most is that it’s easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and has become a dependable part of my daily routine.

Whether they truly help, I don’t know, but this was at least the only product on the US market that was not way overdosed on each vitamin like most others are. There here all mostly all within the recommended daily max. ranges. Overdosing on supplements can easily become health risky and even dangerous and most consumer are not aware or educated about the side effects. So in this regard you can’t do anything wrong and be rather on the safe side with this product.

EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW- 2 weeks later on this daily, my coworker advised me to switch and take it before bed every night so it can work on my empty stomach as I sleep. I did that, and I now have a bowel movement every day. I was so constipated I’d be lucky to go once a week. This really works. Drink plenty of water.I think it’s important to first mention what most people read reviews to find out. This probiotic did not cause me any nausea, bloating diarrhea or any negative symptoms. I have IBS-c and am desperate to heal my gut. I’ve been taking one tablet in the morning on an empty stomach with my ginger wellness shot without any negative effects.
