    I have been using this daily for about a week, though I can’t review based on a noticeable change in my joints or anything of that nature, I do want to review what was one of my biggest concerns when first considering to order; the taste and texture! I couldn’t find enough on how it mixed and if it changed the flavor of what it was mixed in, so let me address it for those interested.It mixes very well with my hot coffee, completely smooth, and makes my lattes even a little creamer I would say. You don’t taste a big difference. I taste it because I know it’s there, but I really appreciate the formula. It’s not gritty or intrusive. It will still be weeks before I can give an update review of the effectiveness and if I see improvement, but because it’s not an assertive taste, it’s easy for me for continue using it every morning in my coffee, or in my smoothies starting next week.
