    No independent certification

    I have spent months learning about what to look for in a supplement, to provide some degree of certainty that it may be safe to take. After all, we are putting these into our bodies, and there is no mandatory regulatory certification or assurance that supplements are safe–except that many supplements indicate they are made in FDA certified plants (GMP) or are third-party lab certified. This supplement provides no such assurances.I’m baffled why this would be considered a good value. The vitamin C component is very small. This includes an “herbal blend” which are things one can probably get through teas or just eating a diverse diet.These are manufactured “for” a company in Texas but that just makes me assume this is made in China. In either case I would not be satisfied with protections for the person taking the supplement.If you are still interested in ordering these, the bottle I have has an expiration date of November 2025.
