A more modern take on magnesium supplementation
Since starting this supplement I have had slightly better sleep according to my fitness tracker. Specifically, I spend less time awake/restless according to the tracker. It’s not a lot but it has been consistent so far. An subjectively, I have less recollection of turning over during the night. I don’t think I am turning over less, but rather that I am in a more restful state when I do and less likely to awaken and remember it.These capsules are made in USA. It is marked on the box. And according to Sunwarrior’s website, they are based in Utah and all of their products are made in USA. I have seen their products in retail at places like Whole Foods and CVS, and I trust those companies to do a thorough job vetting their suppliers.This specific formulation seems to incorporate more recent research on these supplements. It is definitely on the pricey side. One bottle is a 30 day supply if taken at the suggested dose. I have been taking 3 capsules 30-45 minutes before bedtime.

Works Great! A Bit High Dollar for Me.
From what I’ve read and seen about magnesium, this is a great combination.I went through an entire bottle and do believe I benefited from improved mood and relaxation. I also recovered faster after prolonged workouts.I can’t speak toward value for the dollar except that this appears to be comparable to what I’ve seen for this or similar magnesium combinations that are similar.I had no ill effects from this supplement. It also had no odd flavor or smell. If I were able, I might switch to this.I’ll stick with my cheap/inexpensive Glycinate for now.

Easy To Take Magnesium Plus
I’ve been having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I don’t take any prescriptions and try to use natural supplements before over the counter sleep aids. These capsules are 3 per dose. I had some stomach upset with that amount when I first started taking it so I cut back to two capsules a day which seems to work better with my system. I’m only 5’2 and around 100 pounds so my low body weight may have something to do with it. This has helped me fall asleep easier but I still have issues with waking up multiple times a night. That likely has more to do with me being a very light sleeper than the quality of this supplement. It’s got quality ingredients and it’s made in the USA which makes me feel comfortable taking it. Overall, I’m happy that I was able to try this supplement. It was mildly helpful for me.

I have tried everything to help me sleep and nothing worked and believe me when I tell you, I have tried everything. Everything on TV that’s advertised in the middle of the night things I’ve seen on social media. This is the only thing that gives me sleep even if I wake up, I fall back to sleep and I wake up feeling refreshed. It was actually recommended by our PCP. I will tell you that I also add the drops from the same company to it that seems to be the perfect combination for me. Don’t hesitate to try these and you can’t beat the price
