Muscle & Nerve Support
Magnesium plays a major role in normal muscle contraction and relaxation, nerve signaling and energy production. Getting enough magnesium may also help with occasional muscle cramps, especially when dietary intake is low, and it supports normal heart rhythm and healthy blood pressure regulation.Magnesium is also involved in glucose metabolism, bone mineralization and hundreds of enzyme reactions throughout the body. Magnesium oxide contains a lot of elemental magnesium, although it isn’t absorbed as efficiently as forms like magnesium glycinate. One additional benefit is that the unabsorbed magnesium can help promote regular bowel movements. These raspberry gummies taste good and are sugar free, which makes getting some extra magnesium much easier than another capsule. A simple option for daily magnesium support.

didn’t match at all with the benefits described online.
There are a lot of magnesium products that all seem to focus on specific unique issues. I was looking for Magnesium Oxide because I related to the benefits it supposedly had. Then I got this bottle and read the blurb about benefits and it didn’t match at all with the benefits described online. On this product, the benefits allegedly include bone health, heart health, muscle health and the last thing on the list, digestive support. What I read on line is that the primary benefit from magnesium oxide relates to the digestive support, which is the reason I was interested. So, although I am a little confused, I am taking and very much like these magnesium gummies. The raspberry flavor is mild and not too bad, and they’re much more enjoyable to take than magnesium tablets. The 400 mg strength is a recommended daily dosage. They’re easy to incorporate into my daily schedule because I treat them as if they are candy and they are easy to chew and don’t have the unpleasant aftertaste that some supplements can have. These are a great combination of convenience and taste.

[Supplement Sleuth]⭐ Factually False “Most Effective” Claim and Questionable Formulation
Dietary supplement marketing frequently pushes boundaries, but CCOBUB’s insistence that magnesium oxide is both “highly absorbable” and “the most effective form of magnesium supplement” takes creative labeling to an entirely new level. In real biochemistry, magnesium oxide has the lowest bioavailability of almost any commercially available mineral form, with human absorption studies consistently clocking in around four percent. The vast majority of it never enters the bloodstream; it passes through the GI tract drawing water into the bowels, which is why oxide is typically used for rapid digestive clearance rather than systemic muscle or nerve support. Claiming it is the “most effective” form on the market is flatly contrary to decades of established clinical data. The physical formulation introduces another questionable design choice. To make these chewables “sugar-free,” CCOBUB packed them with maltitol. Combining 400 mg of unabsorbed magnesium oxide with a generous dose of maltitol (a sugar alcohol widely known for causing notable bloating, gas, and digestive sensitivity) creates a recipe that may be very rough on sensitive stomachs. Unless your primary objective is a very urgent, aggressive laxative effect, look elsewhere. The presentation does not inspire confidence either. The promotional graphic boldly advertises a “POTENT & PURITY MAGNESIUM FOR MULATION”—literally splitting the word formulation in half with a stray space. Meanwhile, the listing cannot even keep its story straight on flavor, claiming “Raspberry Flavor” on the front label while the bullet points describe a “natural strawberry flavor.” Add in an anonymous white-label brand with zero third-party testing, no certificate of analysis (COA), and no traceable laboratory credentials, and this product fails every basic quality test.If your goal is systemic magnesium replenishment, stick to chelated capsules like glycinate or malate from a certified brand. If you prefer to avoid unpredictable stomach rumbles, steer well clear of this maltitol-oxide combination.Verdict1 star. Calling a 4% absorption mineral “the most effective form” is flatly false, and pairing magnesium oxide with maltitol in an unverified white-label gummy that cannot decide if it tastes like raspberry or strawberry makes this an easy pass.

Stool softener
Stool softener and helps with migraines. yes! I use it to help me sleep. Be careful that magnesium can cause problems with some medications.Digestive Relief & Laxative Effects: Magnesium oxide acts as an osmotic laxative. It draws water into your intestines, which softens the stool and stimulates bowel movements to provide short-term constipation relief.Migraine Prevention: Clinical studies show that daily doses around 400mg to 500mg of magnesium oxide can significantly reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines. It is believed to interrupt the specific brain signals and neurotransmitters that trigger aura and pain.Stomach Acid Neutralization: It serves as an effective antacid. It quickly neutralizes gastric acid to alleviate symptoms of heartburn, sour stomach, and indigestion.Essential Cellular Support: Once broken down, the absorbed portion supports over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. These are vital for muscle contraction, nerve impulse conduction, and maintaining a normal heart rhythm.⚠️ Hidden Mechanics & ConsiderationsThe Absorption Trade-Off: Because magnesium oxide has poor bioavailability, the unabsorbed magnesium stays in your gut. While this makes it ideal for constipation, it means it is not the most efficient form if your main goal is correcting a systemic magnesium deficiency or improving sleep.Gastrointestinal Side Effects: At a 400mg dose, the high amount of unabsorbed material can frequently trigger side effects like diarrhea, abdominal cramping, and bloating.Medication Interactions: Magnesium oxide can bind to and decrease the effectiveness of certain medications. It is important to separate your doses by a few hours if you take antibiotics, blood pressure medications, or thyroid treatments.

Light Mineral Presence, But Not Consistent With a 200mg Load
This gummy is labeled at 200mg magnesium oxide per piece. A 2.5g chew did show a mild chalky, dry mineral mouthfeel, which is consistent with some MgO being present, but the intensity was noticeably lower than what a full 200mg load typically produces. To check the solids profile, I melted one gummy using three 15‑second microwave cycles with cooling pauses. After evaporation, the residue formed a glassy pectin disk with a faint mineral haze. The darker area in the disk is just pectin thermal breakdown; I moved it aside to better observe any mineral dropout. The mineral presence was light and did not resemble the dense, opaque residue expected from 200mg of MgO, which is normally insoluble and highly opaque in a gel matrix.Overall, this gummy does contain some mineral material, but based on both mouthfeel and the evaporation residue, the mineral load appears lighter than the declared amount. Taste was somewhat muted also.4-Stars for attempt to Gel an Insoluble Mineral but low fill requires reduced star ratingGregs Engineer Review – Evidence Over Hype

All-Natural Gummy4Good
Magnesium Oxide is an important nutrient the body needs but rarely get enough of without supplementation. This version is a chewable gummy that unlike others, it is sugar-free and all natural (uses stevia). No gelatins and not so sticky on your teeth! A natural raspberry flavor is not too tart nor sweet. You get a full 30 day supply of 60 with two per day, so it does have a sense of value as well. These are the classic little teddy bear shape and can go anywhere as water is not needed to swallow. This version of magnesium is also said to be more absorbable and has not had any adverse affect on my digestive system. So, for an affordable addition to a healthy lifestyle change, this will work!Recommended: 5*****

🍓 These Taste More Like Candy Than a Supplement! ❤️
This bottle contains 60 magnesium oxide gummies, with two gummies making one serving, so there are 30 servings in the bottle. Each two-gummy serving provides 400 mg of magnesium as magnesium oxide.I included a dime in my photo so you can get a good idea of the size of the gummies. The serving is only two gummies, and I genuinely enjoy the taste. They are sweet, fruity and remind me much more of eating candy than taking a supplement. These are gummies I certainly won’t have to remind myself to take. The bottle arrived securely packaged, and the supplement facts and ingredients are easy to find on the label. They are raspberry flavored and labeled sugar-free.For me, the enjoyable flavor and simple two-gummy serving make these especially easy to work into my routine.
