good flavor, didn’t upset my stomach
Tried these as a change from Magnesium Gylcinate that I usually take – both for sleep and also to help reduce migraines. I haven’t noticed a huge increase in my sleep quality nor a decrease in my migraines, so as far as I can tell, they work about the same as Magnesium Glycinate does for me (or doesn’t for me, admittedly.)I do love a gummy supplement, though. The bite on these is firm but they chew soft. The flavor is good, not overly sweet or like a fake candy.These didn’t have any negative affects on my digestive system, but everybody will be different with magnesium… I did take 1 gummy instead of 2 the first night just to see how I could handle them.

Great taste, more enjoyable than capsules
I usually take magnesium glycinate capsules to help regulate my sleep, but I wanted to try switching things up, so I got these magnesium oxide gummies. They seem to be working just fine so far, I haven’t noticed any adverse effects from switching from magnesium glycinate to magnesium oxide. I’ve kept my usual sleep patterns with no noticeable changes.They smell and taste great, so it’s actually enjoyable to take as opposed to capsules. Most gummy supplements taste just okay, but this one might be the best tasting gummy supplement I’ve ever tried. I always appreciate the child-proof cap to help prevent a child from accidentally eating them. The brand “Diaolai” is a registered trademark of Shenzhen Kaineng E-commerce Co., Ltd., which makes their supplements in China. There doesn’t appear to be any 3rd party testing, but based on taking these for a couple weeks, the magnesium content does seem accurate to me, for what that’s worth.I would expect the price of gummies to be a bit higher than the price of capsules, and it is. But the price does not seem unreasonable to me.

Good value for the money. Has a nice taste, not too sweet. Good way to get the health benefits of Magnesium. About standard size for gummies. I would consider ordering again especially at about 12$ per bottle.
