A good oil for magnesium deficiency
The oil was very easy to apply. Just spray onto the desired area and rub in. I chose to put it on my feet and calves and protected the floor with an old towel. It took a while to soak in. I noticed that my feet collected dirt a lot throughout the day. It may be better to wear socks until it is entirely soaked in.On the days I used the oil, I was more awake at night. It helped me get to my bedtime without feeling exhausted.The only downfall I found was that my feet dried out quite a bit when I didn’t use the oil. But, coconut oil does the same thing to me and it could just be my body chemistry. I also noticed that I started getting foot cramps when I did not use it. This indicates to me that it works to prevent cramps.

I started doing research on heart arrhythmia/palpitations, and repeatedly found magnesium listed as a natural facilitator of heart health. I was surprised to come across so much information that firmly stated that the general population is deficient in magnesium, and this deficiency can cause a host of problems. It would be readily processed by the body…if it were actually available to us. But our soil is now void of minerals, as is most non-organic, over-processed food we eat. We don’t swim in the ocean enough to absorb it. Supplementing with vitamins is generally pointless and a waste of money. Traditional “vitamins” are processed and/or comprised of petroleum derivatives. The RDA numbers are calibrated to meet standards, but the body does not recognize petrochemicals as food, and most of it is flushed from the body (and probably causes more harm than good). I was interested in magnesium for heart and nerve function support, but there are so many bonuses that truly benefit the entire body as well as emotional health. My goal was to find a good food-based supplement, and pair that with an oil that could be absorbed through the skin. My research led to this particular magnesium oil. While I strive to find organic products whenever possible, I noticed that none of the organic-labeled products I scanned indicated that the magnesium was organic – only the additives. I also wanted a pure magnesium spray without fillers. This particular spray oil caught my attention because it is sourced in the Netherlands from a deep sea bed and unadulterated with processing or additives. I take about 400mg in food-based supplement and 100mg in Naturally Sourced Best Magnesium Spray daily. I like to use the spray before sleep to help deepen and improve the quality of my sleep. Spraying the soles of the feet is a classic application, but I didn’t want to risk walking around the house with it on my feet, nor was I convinced my soles had enough surface area to get a good dose. So I’ve been spraying it on my stomach, and find it can be fairly well rubbed in without remaining sticky or wet. It does not seem to stain sheets or clothing, and is virtually odorless. I read a lot of reviews that cited itchiness at application site, but I have experienced no such reaction. I have also started spraying it on sore joints and muscles, as magnesium has the benefit of relaxing muscle and nourishing bone. It also reduces lactic acid buildup in muscle. A few times I ran out of my food-based supplement and realized I could get my full daily dose with the spray alone. The bottle indicates 20 sprays is the equivalent of 400mg, so I used 25 sprays to approximate a 500mg dosage. As for results, the calmness in my heart is a welcome relief, and the quality of my sleep has been excellent. I haven’t experienced any middle-of-the-night insomnia since beginning magnesium. There are far too many benefits to list here, and it is amazing to think so much can be accomplished with one mineral, yet we are all deficient in it.

Really helps with pain and sleep.
My husband lately has been getting a lot of leg cramps and has a hard time sleeping . We decided to use this on his calves at bedtime and let me tell you my husband loves this stuff . He has been using it for a week now and has not had any leg cramps and he’s been sleeping great . I also somehow hurt my ankle and used the spray and wow by the next morning the pain was gone . This is some good stuff and have recommended it to a few people already . Does it itch when first using it.. yes but after a few times it stopped and the relief it gave was definitly worth it.Update . We have been using this for two months now if not a little longer and this is still working great . We have bought two extra bottles for two family members and will be buying another one for my sister in law . We wear by this stuff and will continue to buy. Calms Restless Legs from the 1st use!
This magnesium spray is the best I have used (after trying about four brands before this one). I use it for general magnesium replenishment (along with a magnesium glycinate capsule supplement), but my primary use for the spray is to calm restless legs syndrome. This works fantastically for me for this purpose. NOTE: The listing shows a package set with a small spray bottle to refill. That did not come with my order, but I will still be reordering this product whenever it runs low.

Update: Okay, so I gave up on magnesium oil 🙁 it really just stung too much – I wish I could find a brand that did not sting because it’s supposed to help but this one ended up stinging too. I knocked off a star because of it. Good luck to you searching out there…..So, I bought the Asutra flakes (see in picture below) and they are really good in a bath, as their meant to be used but when I made my own? Meaning, boiled 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup of the flakes and then cooled/poured into a bottle? They really stung. The company said that would happen and recommended buying their liquid spray since it was more pure than trying to make the spray out of the flakes and I may still buy from Asutra again (great company) but I am really liking my Kaiame Mag oil. It does NOT sting that bad and I have pretty sensitive skin. I use it 2X a day (been doing it for 4 days now but previous to this, using Asutra flakes made into my own oil – so I’ve been using mag oil for 2 weeks now, I’m bringing this up for relevancy to see how long it’s been working.So far I put it under my arm pits (even when I just shave, it does sting a bit more then but it stops after about 3 minutes)On the soles of my feet and on the tops of my feet (if you experience stinging, this is the best place to spray because it hardly stings at all here)On my legs (sometimes stings but I mix it with coconut oil)On my lower back (it helps with the back pain I sometimes get and it does sting a bit but not as much as my armpits ha)And sometimes on my shoulder tops and a bit on my tummy (not too stingy)So how has it been working.
