Good Magnesium Supplement
This is a straightforward magnesium glycinate supplement that’s easy to add to a daily routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that magnesium glycinate is generally a form that’s well tolerated. The bottle is also compact and easy to store.I appreciate that the formula is designed around magnesium glycinate rather than combining a long list of unrelated ingredients. It’s a convenient option for anyone looking to add magnesium to their routine without taking several different products. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that the capsules are a little larger than I prefer, so they may not be ideal for people who have difficulty swallowing larger capsules. Other than that, it’s a simple and convenient supplement with a good overall formula.

It Works
This magnesium glycinate is a good, easy‑to‑take supplement if you just want something simple that helps you relax. It’s gentle on the stomach, no weird side effects, and the capsules go down smooth. After a few days, you can feel it helping your muscles chill out a bit and making it easier to wind down at night. The sleep support is real, but it’s not a knockout effect. It’s more like your body relaxes easier, and you settle into sleep without tossing around as much. The muscle and nerve support is solid too, especially if you’re active or deal with tightness.Only downside is the capsules are a little big, but nothing crazy.

Misleading Labeling Makes Me Question This Supplement
I was very disappointed when I looked more closely at the label. The product is marketed prominently as “Magnesium Glycinate 500mg,” but the Supplement Facts show only 6.6 mg of magnesium. With a supplement, I need to be able to trust that the marketing clearly represents what I’m actually taking. When there is such a large difference between the number advertised on the front and the amount of actual magnesium listed in the Supplement Facts, it immediately makes me question the product and the company behind it.Maybe there is an explanation for how they arrived at the 500 mg claim, but it should be made extremely clear to the consumer. I’m not comfortable taking a supplement when the labeling leaves me questioning what I’m actually getting. Because of that lack of confidence, I won’t be using this.

Works well, smaller pill size than others
I got this since the other magnesium I used was out of stock. I was very happy that these were smaller then what I was used to. Although my other ones are coated with gelatin, this is smaller, so I did not have any issues with swallowing. I always take these in the evening. I did feel tired probably 30 minutes after taking it, so I knew I was working! I may be switching to these next, due to the smaller pill size (and price!)

What a joke! Not 500mg, but 6.6mg?What a joke! Not 500mg, but 6.6mg?
Sorry folks, I think we’ve been had! Magnesium Glycinate is known for improving sleep and being gentle on the stomach so 500mg tablets seemed a sensible thing to keep around…but then this arrived. According to the fine print on the label it’s not 500 mg, like most competitors would carry, but 6.6 mg, providing 2% of the recommended daily requirement of 400–420 mg for men and 310 to 320 mg for women. At that pixie dust level I can’t see any chance to correct a magnesium deficiency, remedy muscle cramps, or improve sleep. However, good news! If you take the entire bottle, 90 pills in a day, you’ve got all 600mg, for $10, while competitors offer a month or two of that dose in a bottle for well under 20 cents a day.Despite the obvious issue, I did try them. As expected, no noticeable effect. The taste wasn’t bad and no odor issues, and no digestive issues. If I had paid for this product, I’d be livid. Perhaps I’m missing something?

A little help relaxing before bedA little help relaxing before bed
Can’t say I am a fan of this product because it states 500 mg and bottle says 6.6 mg. However I have been taking 2 daily as per dosage. I can say it has been gentle on my stomach. It has helped me feel more relaxed and ready for bed. I have not had an easy time swallowing the tablets and have not felt any muscle or nerve support. It scares me that it says elderly or under 18 should consult with physician, pharmacist, neuropath or other qualified healthcare professional before taking.

Easy to swallow, no country of manufacture listedEasy to swallow, no country of manufacture listed
I use magnesium supplements on an occasional basis after researching solutions for a twitchy eye when I’m very tired and lack sleep and it works!I don’t observe any of the potential benefits on sleep or relaxation but for my specific use it worksThe crelize magnesium glycinate supplement capsules are sizable but not so big they cause any issue to swallow. Value is good for the current price. The label lists distributed by but gives no information on box or bottle on country of origin and I’ve removed a star from my review for that.

Very low magnesium doseVery low magnesium dose
This is a straightforward magnesium glycinate supplement. One thing I noticed is that these are tablets rather than capsules, so you do taste them briefly when swallowing. It’s not terrible, but if you’re used to capsules or softgels, it’s something to be aware of.The other thing worth checking is the supplement facts. The serving provides only 6.6 mg of elemental magnesium (from 60 mg magnesium glycinate), which is much lower than many magnesium glycinate supplements on the market. If you’re specifically looking for a higher-dose magnesium supplement for sleep or muscle support, be sure to compare the label with your needs before purchasing. I decided to try this based on the “500 mg” advertised in the title, which is nothing close to the 6.6 mg / 60 mg on the I have to admit, my Oura Ring started giving me way lower scores since switching to this one, so I cannot really recommend it.Otherwise, the tablets were easy enough to take, and I didn’t experience any stomach upset.
