Caused side effect
2 ingredients, glycinate magnesium and cellulose. Not sure which is the culprate. No seal on bottle, although that is probably not the issue. Tried only a portion of the capsule to start. It caused nasal congestion and inflammation within 30 minutes, despite on an antihistamine. 2 hrs later i still have congestion. No return possible, no other way to reach reseller about ingredients thru Amazon to complain other than this review.

Misleading info in description vs photo of ingredients
The online description and headline states 400 mg per capsule. However, if you view the photo of the back of the bottle, it reflects that you must take two capsules to achieve 400 mg of the product. So that means each capsule actually contains only 200 mg. The product headline leads a person to believe they are receiving a 400 mg capsule when in reality they are receiving 200 mg capsules so you have to take twice the product amt in order to get what you paid for.

My recommended I take 400 mg of magnesium glycinate twice daily. I could not find this dosage at my local drugstores, but this product fits the bill.
