These magnesium complex gummies have a slightly tart mixed berry flavor. They are nice and chewy making them a pleasant treat. A great way to get your daily dose of magnesium. They also contain a little C, B6, B12, D3, K2, and zinc. The one thing I thought was careless was the safety seal. The bottle came with a plastic safety seal around the lid, but you could just twist off the lid without removing the safety seal and without breaking it. What is the point of that? There was at least a seal inside the lid on the mouth of the bottle. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have trusted it.

These actually do something! I’m so used to buying supplements like these, wasting money and not getting any results. These actually do something. I’m a big fan of the blend of ingredients they chose. The taste is very nice as it the texture. The texture is not too dry, not too chewy/gummy. I also appreciate that the serving size is one gummy which is different than many others that make you buy a bottle and take two or 3 per serving. I would recommend taking these about an hour before your anticipated bedtime to get the full effect as (opposed to right before you get into bed). I also struggle with anxiety and the addition of 5HTP, valerian and L-theanine is *chef’s kiss* very helpful. The value is also great compared to other comparable products (currently $19.99 for 60 servings). Love that this is made in the USA. My only question is that the listing says this is organic but nothing on the label or ingredients supports this claim. I hate the thought of being greenwashed if this doesn’t contain organic ingredients. Overall this supplement is effective and I would recommend! I also have a critique of Amazon.
