Good forms of magnesium in one easy package
I take magnesium thronate and magnesium glycinate regularly and decided to give this a shot. This is a blend with five different types of magnesium that should hit the highlights of what most people need in a day. It has other added supplements as well, including a few other vitamins that most people need more of (zinc, B6, etc).Overall, these were easy to take and had no aftertaste. The label and directions are a bit conflicting but going based off the label, the recommended dose is 3 pills. I personally take them at night before bed but you can take them split up if you want (one in the morning, two at night, or really whenever). Trying these for a few weeks, I didn’t notice anything special beyond what I was already getting from the other forms of magnesium I had been taking – so these are at least comparable to magnesium from other recognized, established brands.Overall, a good purchase and combines multiple forms in one tablet for convenience. Great for the people who just want it all wrapped up in one easy package.

Pretty packaging, and I think I do sleep better!
I’ve been taking this Magnesium 5 supplement for a few weeks now, and I do think my sleep has improved — I fall asleep a little easier and stay asleep through the night. I haven’t noticed any tummy issues or negative side effects, which is a big plus since some magnesium products can be harsh. The packaging is actually really nice too — the packaging is super clear and the bottle design looks sleek enough to keep out on the counter. Small detail, but I appreciate when a supplement looks as good as it feels!Overall, it’s doing what I’d expect it to do. (4 stars is my average highest rating; 5 reserved for exceptional items that exceed expectations)

Read the label and check the seal!
I had questions about this before I even opened the bottle. The label states 1950mg of magnesium per dose, and includes a breakdown of how much of each of the 5 different kinds of magnesium are contained therein. Magnesium Bisglycinate – 126mg, Magnesium Malate – 67.5mg, Magnesium Taurate – 24mg, Magnesium L-threonate – 12mg, Magnesium Citrate – 24mg. I’m no math wiz, but I couldn’t get that to add up to 1950mg no matter how hoard I tried. Unfortunately, when I opened the bottle, I found that the safety seal was nearly completely detached, so the bottle went in the trash immediately.

5-in-1 Magnesium supplement. Great for your daily routine.
I started taking these a few weeks ago with my regular supplement stack. I have previously taken Magnesium supplements, but nothing with 5-in-1. I usually take 2 in the morning with breakfast and they have no weird smells or aftertaste. The packaging is nice that it is clear so you can see how many you have left. I have noticed an increase in relaxation and definitely better sleep at night. My sleep seems deeper and i wake up feeling more refreshed. I also take 1 pill with dinner, so 3 total daily. I think i will have to stock up on this magnesium supplement once i run out as i do enjoy the benefits.

Great 5-in-1
I have historically taken 3-in-1 magnesium, so I was excited to try 5-in-1 that’s a relatively high dose. I appreciate not needing to take as many pills to get the same dose. This brand has worked well for me and definitely helps me sleep and has decreased my headaches. The packaging is also nice since it’s easy to see how many are remaining. I appreciate that it contains several other vitamins as well. Overall, this is a great product and I will continue using it.

small days usage and pricey
This is a capsule supplement that I take before bed. I don’t follow the directed usage because this wouldn’t last very long. I only take 1 capsule at bedtime and I do find that I sleep deeper and better. I think this is a bit pricey for taking it as suggested. I’m just a bit wary when a supplement suggests you take so many capsules and it’s less than a 30 day supply. I wouldn’t order these again. The capsules are fairly easy to take, I find them to be a bit on the bigger side.

Inconsistent dosage labelling, easily damaged packagingInconsistent dosage labelling, easily damaged packaging
The ad says take one…the label says take three…you get 90 in a bottle. Choose your own math, I guess? There’s a slight chemical smell upon opening, but it’s a vitamin, so you should really be expecting it. The bottle/jar is kind of flimsy: the sides squeeze in when you press on them, but not in a bendy way, more of a will-snap-into-shards-with-pressure kind of way. There’s no aftertaste, no noticeable side effects…but we’ve been taking magnesium supplements for a while. Nothing’s changed, so I can’t attest to its potency or effect until my next lab and dr visit. For what it is, at face value: the quality of the packaging and the inconsistency of the dosage directions…I feel $34 for a month’s supply of a vitamin is a bit pricey. Especially when I can get a 3 month supply of reputable, high-grade supplement from a recognizable and well-reviewed, established brand for about the same price.

Updated… Impressed but.. 3 pills, not two like it says in the ad or 1 like some brandsUpdated… Impressed but.. 3 pills, not two like it says in the ad or 1 like some brands
Update 11/16/2025- I updated this to 5 stars from the prior 4. While the review below still applies, and the current price of $31 is terrible, I have to say that I definitely sleep better with these than without. I’ve taken them off and on and I can definitively say that if I wake in the night for any reason I can fall back to sleep easily if I had taken them before bed. If I hadn’t, I’m awake for hours. I would like to get more but not unless the price comes down.I am impressed with the ingredients and magnesium sources, as well as the complex of these. That said, taking 3 of these rather than one or two of other brands (and the bottom left of their own 4th image says take 2, but the bottle says it takes 3) is not only inconsistent, but I don’t like having to take loads of pills. I might have started buying these were it not for that, provided they were reasonably priced but I’ll probably have to think about it. If I’m taking multi-vitamins and a few others like D3, I don’t want to have to add 3 more just for magnesium. 4 stars for the good ingredients. the 5th star removed for the extra requirement
