I’ve been taking this Collagen 6000 + GABA drink for a while now and I can honestly feel the difference. I usually struggle to fall asleep at night, but about 30-60 minutes after drinking this, my body relaxes naturally and I drift off easily—without feeling groggy the next morning. The value for the cost is not great (currently 8 servings for $40). My wife takes collagen routinely so we figured this would be nice to tru. But this is much pricier than her usual daily drink adds up to be.Product is okay taste wise. Unfortunately, its effectiveness within 8 servings is impossible to gauge. But I decided it will not be something we would invest in. I ended up doing more research on GABA and there are too many potential interactions with other medications. K-pop idols can keep this one. Between the cost and the questionable long term effects with other meds, I can’t justify the purchase. Would not order again.

Really like this collagen drink! The hawthorn flavor is actually super refreshing. I was worried it might taste weird, but it’s tart and tasty. After one box, the biggest change I’ve noticed is better sleep (no melatonin needed!). My face also feels less puffy in the mornings, maybe thanks to enough sleep too. As a drink, it’s super easy to take, and I’m planning to buy it again to see whether it has more improvements for my skin.

I’ve been interested in the Korean skincare approach of supporting skin from within so I was excited to try this m2 Liquid Collagen drink.The individual pouches are easy to grab and go. I just toss one in my bag and can drink it anytime. I followed the tip to put them in the fridge and it makes for a really refreshing drink.I actually really like the taste. It’s a light, fruity flavor that tastes like real juice, not a fake sweet flavor. Best of all, there’s absolutely zero fishy or weird collagen aftertaste which has been a major issue for me with other brands.After finishing all 8 pouches by drinking one pouch a day, I started to notice my skin felt more hydrated. However, because it was a bit pricey, I was slightly disappointed in the little results it produced. But I think if you keep up with it, the results would be better.If you’re looking for a collagen supplement that is easy to take and you can afford buying these frequently than I would recommend giving this a shot.
