Taking these preventatively
I notice that I have to pee more often, so it seemed like a good time to start taking better care of my prostate. I don’t notice any smell or have any stomach upset from taking these. I do actually feel better, but there’s not a specific relief in pain or pressure. Just feel better overall. Easy to swallow.

Subtle but noticeable changes after a few weeks
I’m not of the prostate-worrying age, so prostate support supplements aren’t something I typically think about, but I picked this up after talking with a buddy who swears by cranberry-based blends. I’ve taken it daily for four weeks now. The first week felt like nothing changed, but by week three I noticed I wasn’t waking up as often at night to use the bathroom.The Flowens cranberry seems to live up to the claims in a mild way, and I did feel like daytime frequency was more predictable. Hard to know what the nitric-oxide blend is doing internally, but workouts felt a bit smoother—maybe a coincidence, but I’ll take it. The capsules are on the larger side, which isn’t ideal early in the morning.This won’t be a dramatic overnight shift, but the gradual improvement made it worth continuing.

Wonderful way to support prostate health
I enjoyed taking these and definitely felt like they made a difference. I feel good taking a supplement to support my prostate and think this is a great option for any man. Super high quality ingredients from a reputable brand, with natural/safe/organic ingredients included. Typical size, no weird taste, and a wonderful value for your money. I feel good taking these and can say that they are most certainly effective. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

Pricey for the results for me
In my early 60’s I don’t have major signs of prostate problems yet and make it through the night almost always, but I have noticed that I seem to have less urgency when I first wake now and actually seem to have less frequency during the day. Can’t claim this is due to the supplement for certain, but it seems likely. With that said, with no real issues currently I certainly can’t personally justify this cost for a minor difference that may or may not be due to the supplement. For those with noticeable prostate issues it may be worth a try though and may be worth the cost if it improves their quality of life drastically enough, The taste is a bit off putting, but many supplements have that issue and it’s not bad enough that you don’t want to swallow them. They may be worth trying depending on your personal needs.

SO I like the list of ingredients in this supplement and have been taking them try to help my prostate as I get older. It seems that for the list of ingredients, that have well documented research, it is a supplement that I want in my routine. The price is not cheap at $33 a bottle, so after a month, I will want to see some solid improvement to continue. So far so good though. There is no bad taste and only a slight earthy herby smell. They are easy to swallow and seem to be very good quality. The bottle arrived well sealed.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.Unfortunately, Amazon put their sticker right on the bottle’s label so I can’t read all the information there.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Jul 2026.The capsules have a light, pleasant herbal scent and taste, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says clinically tested (does not indicate if it’s 3rd-party) and non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and website. The site also says there is a chat feature, but I don’t see it in my browser. Their MDriveForMen site is functional and informative, with some information on the founder (including a video from him), their beginnings, and the science behind their products.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like this blend, except for their use of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.It’s pricey, but confidence you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that.
