I saw no evidence that this product was effective for me.Update on my review. I have a new opinion of this product. I used it with my prescribed water pills and I’m amazed at the difference they’ve made. I am accustomed to puffy feet and cankles, even when taking my hydrochlorathiazide. Now when I take both medications, I wake up to normal feet and ankles. Also, there is far less swelling as the day progresses. I will for sure continue to use this product.

I have lymphedema so I was hoping this would be the miracle I needed. I’m also realistic and realize there is no cure. However, I will say that although it did not “fix” me, it made me feel less puffy. I could feel and see a difference although not drastic. I think I’ll keep taking these.
