I am sooooooo hopeful!!!!!
I have only been taking this product for less than a week, thus the 3 stars. I’t not long enough to really tell. But I will say this, I am very hopeful!! And I’m hoping to come back in a few weeks with 5 stars. I’ve tried everything. My feet and ankles were so swollen, they felt as though they were popping out of my skin. Lasix, message. Little to no relief. Today, I can actually see veins on my feet, and the edema is much decreased. Will be discussing it with my doctor next week.

Moving at least a little while taking makes it work better.
You have to keep moving after you take these. If you’re sitting a lot, do foot exercises! While I still have some I’ve noticed that my shoes fit better and I don’t hurt as much as I did before taking these.

Easy to swallow without an aftertaste
The spa I frequent suggested I look into lymphatic drainage supplements. I wanted one that didn’t have an aftertaste and was easy to swallow.I was nervous when I opened the bottle because of the size of the capsule. But, It is easy to swallow and doesn’t have any taste. I will definitely repurchase.

Shoes Fit Again
Help for swollen ankles! Here’s the thing, my ankles before using this were swollen every day especially evenings. The only thing I did differently was this supplement. I have seen marked improvement in the swelling. This is definitely NOT snake oil. I have no other metric to prove this works other than taking it everyday and seeing less swelling. It might not work for everyone but it certainly has helped me. Nice to fit my shoes again.

This seems to work well. It does make you feel like vomiting if you take it without any food. I just eat a small spoon of peanut butter and it helps. I had to move my seat up some in my car after using this for a little while.
