Its a pop top lid, which makes it super easy to open.Serving size is 2 per day and its recommended you take with food. I definitely needed to eat with food so that the food could help me swallow the pills down. The pills are slightly larger than others that I’m used to. Being capsules, they also tend to stick in place once there’s a slight amount of liquid touching them. I tried drinking water first, swallowing pills, then drinking more water and they feel like they get stuck in my throat. I would immediately drink more water and they would still feel stuck. Food is the only thing that gets them down further for me.I tried it consistently for 22 days. Then I took a week off. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any “feeling better” changes while using it and I didn’t notice any puffiness dissappearing either.After being off of it for a week, I also didn’t notice any differences. Its possible that I didn’t take it long enough. Its also possible that because I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy, that I have too many issues going on to be able to notice. Inflammation is a huge burden for me so I thought I’d give these a try, to see if there could be any improvements. Sadly, I just couldn’t tell.I’m not sure how to rate these supplements since I may not be the best candidate to notice any benefits. So I’m rating 5/5 for easiness on my system to tolerate without feeling nauseous or stomach cramping.I’d rate ease of swallowing 3/5. I know it says to take with food but I didn’t think I’d need food to actually push them down, but once you do, its not an issue.The effectiveness for me is 1/5.

I have intense inflammation due to severe rheumatoid arthritis. I have researched ways to fight the swelling (in addition to my meds) for years, and I know that bromelain has been suggested to fight it, as well as grape seed extract. Echinacea is known for its healing properties and immune system boosting abilities as well. (I won’t pretend to have proven research on these; this is only what I’ve gathered from my own research into others’ studies.)This supplement suggests taking two capsules daily. The capsules are a gel capsule and are a medium size. They were easy for me to swallow. I chose to start with just one capsule as I do with all new supplements to give my body a break-in and adjustment period.I wish I could comment on effectiveness and effects, but at this point in my journey it is too early to measure. I will report back after taking this supplement for a month. I’ve attached a photo showing all the ingredients in the supplement in case you want to do your own deep dive–there are several ingredients that I’ve never heard of before seeing them listed here. If this works, I think it is a good value. It will be wonderful to not feel swollen, especially in my smaller joints like my fingers and toes.
