I have had some water retention issues recently and have been trying things like gua sha to reduce it. I came across these Acentialabs lymphatic drainage drops and decided to give them a try. These drops contain echinacea, dandelion, burdock root, cleavers extract, calendula extract, red clover, nettle leaf and elderberry extract. The serving size is 2 mL so the bottle will last for 30 days. The drops are easy to drink when you add them to a glass of water. They are easy on the stomach which is important to me. I find the effects to be subtle so far but time will tell. I feel like these are high quality drops and are a great value for the money.
