Lots of good stuff
I’ve been taking similar supplements for a while as I am Very bloated and inflamed. Being disabled , I have a lot of issues causing these problems.I’m very impressed with the lengthy list of ingredients. And I really appreciate that many of these ingredients are also actually good for immunity as well .The capsules are medium sized, small enough to swallow . They’re smooth and easy to swallow. There’s no taste or smell . And I’ve had no side effects . No complaints . They’re very easy to take and easy to travel with .I feel they are effective . After taking them a little while, I have A bit more energy lately. Who is to say. But I do Struggle with fatigue. There is a lot of them in here and packed with good stuff. So I think They are good quality and a good value .

Please upset my stomach so much that I needed to give them to somebody else who could actually take it. I think they’re just too strong for me and I need something a little less intense. I didn’t notice any super bad side effects. It’s just that it was working too good. It was more than what I needed basically. Considering this is about $16 less than what I normally purchase and is a bit stronger. I would say this is a better value. It’s only drawback is that it is too strong for me personally to continue to use. I would not hold this in your mouth too long it burst quickly and it tastes terribly.
