Common-Sense Daily Eye Nutrition- Vision, Macular, Retinal, Antioxidant, Protect, Circulation, Well
This supplement combines lutein, zeaxanthin, bilberry extract, and several vitamins and minerals in a formula intended to support general eye nutrition. Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids naturally found in the retina and macula, while bilberry contains anthocyanins. The formula also includes vitamins A, C, and B6 along with zinc, nutrients that have various roles in normal vision and overall nutritional function.According to the stated serving information, four capsules provide 40 mg of lutein from marigold flower extract, 4 mg of zeaxanthin, and 20 mg of bilberry extract, along with the added vitamins and zinc. The bottle contains 120 capsules and describes this amount as a 30-day supply when taking four capsules daily with a meal. However, the directions appear inconsistent because another part of the labeling indicates taking two capsules daily. This creates some uncertainty about the intended daily serving and should ideally be clarified by the manufacturer.Personally, I decided to take just one capsule a day, which works out to 10 mg of lutein based on the stated four-capsule serving. That amount fits better into my routine, and it also means I can stretch one bottle to roughly four months instead of using it up in just one month. I think that’s a nice advantage from a cost and convenience standpoint, although everyone should determine an appropriate dose for themselves rather than assuming that my approach is right for them.I haven’t noticed a dramatic or immediate change in my eyesight from taking it, but I don’t necessarily expect that from an eye nutrition supplement. Some of the potential benefits of ingredients like lutein and zeaxanthin are more about consistent nutritional support over time than something you can easily feel from one day to the next. I do like having those carotenoids together with bilberry, vitamins, and zinc in one capsule rather than having to take several different products. The biggest issue for me is the confusing dosing information on the bottle. I would much rather see one clear and consistent recommendation so there is no question about how many capsules are actually intended to be taken each day. Aside from that, I find the formula straightforward and convenient, and taking one capsule daily makes the 120-count bottle last considerably longer for me. I’d recommend looking over the dosing instructions carefully and checking with a healthcare professional if you’re unsure about the appropriate amount for your needs.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Good formula, but it’s too early to judge the results
I’ve only been using these for a relatively short time, so I think it’s too early to say whether they are actually making a noticeable difference. With supplements like this, I also think results can vary quite a bit from person to person, so I’m trying not to expect anything dramatic right away.I like that the formula combines lutein and zeaxanthin with bilberry and several other vitamins and minerals rather than just relying on one ingredient. The capsules are also pretty straightforward to take and I haven’t had any issues with them as far as taste or aftertaste since they’re capsules. My biggest complaint is the serving size. Four capsules a day feels like quite a lot, especially when I’m already taking other daily supplements. It would be much more convenient if the same amount could be provided in one or two capsules. A 120-count bottle sounds like a lot at first, but at four capsules per day, it only works out to about a month’s supply. As far as actual results, I honestly can’t say yet. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my eyes or vision, but I also wasn’t expecting overnight results from a supplement. If there is a benefit, I imagine it would take consistent use over a longer period to determine. I’d rather give it more time before making a stronger judgment.Overall, I like the ingredient combination and the convenience of having several ingredients in one product. The four-capsule daily serving is the main downside for me, and it’s simply too early to know whether it will provide the benefits I’m looking for. For now, I’m giving it four stars and will need more time to see if there is a noticeable difference.

A Thoughtfully Formulated Daily Eye Wellness Supplement 👁️👁️
I’m really pleased with these Lutein 40mg + Zeaxanthin Bilberry Eye Vitamins. The combination of ingredients is thoughtfully put together for anyone looking to add a simple eye-health supplement to their daily routine, especially if they spend a lot of time looking at screens. I appreciate that the bottle provides 120 capsules, making it easy to maintain a consistent routine without having to reorder constantly. The capsules are straightforward to take, and I like having lutein, zeaxanthin, and bilberry together in one convenient supplement. The marigold extract is another nice addition, and the overall formulation feels well suited to everyday eye wellness. The 40mg lutein dosage also gives me confidence that this isn’t an afterthought formula. The packaging is neat, the bottle is easy to store, and the 120-count supply is a good value for a daily supplement.Overall, this is a convenient, well-rounded addition to my daily routine, particularly for those of us who spend plenty of time on phones, computers, or other screens. Five stars from me for the convenient format, generous count, and thoughtfully selected ingredients.

So far, so good!
At this point, I spend enough time staring at screens that my eyes should probably be collecting overtime pay. Computer, phone, tablet…and then, just for variety, I relax by reading something else with my eyes. 😂 So adding an eye-focused supplement to the daily lineup seemed like a pretty reasonable idea.I like that this isn’t just lutein by itself. Each serving includes 40mg lutein from marigold flower extract plus 4mg zeaxanthin, along with bilberry extract and vitamins A, C, B6, and zinc. Basically, lutein brought its entire little eye-wellness entourage along for the ride. The lutein/zeaxanthin combination is what initially caught my attention since these carotenoids are associated with eye health, and the added nutrients make this feel like a more comprehensive formula than some of the single-ingredient options I’ve seen.I also appreciate that the formula is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested. Supplements involve a certain amount of trust, so I’m always happier when there are some quality-control measures behind what’s actually in the bottle. As far as effectiveness, this is definitely one of those supplements I’m looking at as long-term nutritional support rather than expecting to take it Monday and wake up Tuesday with eagle vision and the ability to read license plates from three counties away. 😂 I haven’t noticed any issues taking it, and it’s easy enough to incorporate into my regular supplement routine. One thing I would point out is that the listing information seems a little confused about the serving. It says 120 capsules / 30-day supply and one spot says to take two daily, while another says four capsules with a meal. Those numbers obviously don’t all agree, so I’d definitely follow the directions on the actual bottle you receive rather than trying to solve Supplement Math before breakfast.Value-wise, I like getting several eye-supporting ingredients in one formula instead of buying lutein, zeaxanthin, bilberry, and additional vitamins separately. Assuming the price remains reasonable, that makes it a convenient all-in-one option.Overall, it’s a straightforward addition to my daily routine for someone whose eyes spend entirely too much time dealing with screens, reading, and whatever else I decide they need to inspect. Now if they could formulate something that prevents me from walking into a room and forgetting why I went in there, I’ll take that one too. 😂 As with any supplements, be sure to check with your doctor to make sure these are right for you.

It is a practical and top-tier choice for anyone wanting to support the body’s natural resilience and maintain daily vitality with a simple, effective, and well-formulated wellness essential.

Bad fillers! Contains MaltodextrinBad fillers! Contains Maltodextrin
I ordered this lutein supplement when I saw it come up on the vine list. I should have looked at the ingredients because I would never have ordered it. It contains Maltodextrin which for a capsule is ridiculous Maltodextrin is an artificial sweetener which is very highly processed, and it affects your glycemic index and makes it spike up to like 85 or 100, just like your consuming straight up glucose. I try to keep my glycemic index under control and taking a pill with Maltodextrin in it will not be good for me. I have no idea why they would put this in this particular supplement or any supplement for that matter because you’re swallowing a pill why does it need to have a sweetener in it? In any case it seems that this brand RINDTI uses this in multiple supplements because I also picked up another one and it also has Maltodextrin in it so I would say to you if you were looking for the supplement Lutein for your eyes I would steer clear of this one.

Maltodextrin as a filler? NO!!!Maltodextrin as a filler? NO!!!
Lutein and Zeaxanthin are great for eye health. I even saw a supplement at my dad’s optometrist’s office that had these vitamins and minerals in it. I currently have okay vision but making sure I am giving my body the correct vitamins and minerals will help my vision as I age.I like that is GMP certified. GMP Certified means it has strict standards and is tested by a third party so the ingredients they say are in the product are actually in the product.I am very concerned that they added maltodextrin as a filler. Maltodextrin is a common food additive in processed food. It is highly processed and closely related to corn syrup solids. Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index and can spike your blood sugar. I have been looking at labels to avoid maltodextrin (check out what Dr. Berg has to say about it) so it would have been nice if another product could have been used to complete this supplement. Because of this, I won’t continue to purchase this product. Also, high blood sugar can affect your eyes. I know a capsule here and there is not going to make a huge difference but it does all add up each and every day for your overall health.

Nice addition to supplement routineNice addition to supplement routine
These capsules are an easy addition to my daily supplement routine. The bottle contains 120 capsules, so it should last quite a while depending on how many you take each day (instructions recommend 2 per day). The capsules are a reasonable size and easy for me to swallow. I also appreciate that the formula includes lutein, zeaxanthin, and bilberry rather than just a single ingredient. The bottle arrived well sealed. There is no unpleasant taste or aftertaste that I’ve noticed. At this price, I think you get a generous amount for the money. Obviously, supplements aren’t something where I expect to notice an immediate difference, so I can’t speak to any specific results. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and value and would order these again.
