If I could give half a single star I would….This is absolutely foul smelling and foul tasting. It doesn’t matter if the ingredients are effective if you can’t swallow the stuff without gagging. I tried it in water, then coffee, then grapefruit seltzer – nothing could mask the awful taste and smell. DO NOT BUY

I don’t know yet about its effectiveness but it is SO nasty! Smells of sulfur, sharp and bitter, very hard to take nothing would disguise this intense flavor! And it repeats on me( burps of rotten egg smell)I will finish bottle but not sure it’s worth it

Horrible smell and taste. The only way to cover up the flavor is I blend up fruits and veggies like a drink then add this product add some water into the pulp juice and drink. I can’t taste it and there’s barely a smell. Only way. 3rd day taking it, can’t say if it’s helping yet.
