A good NAD+ supplement
As I get older I’ve been taking supplements to support my health. I read good things about NAD+, so when I came across this product I decided to try it. NAD+ is allegedly good for boosted energy, enhanced cognitive function, better sleep, and improved cell repair. However, do your research first because there are certain conditions where this product could exacerbate the situation.I only wish there was a larger volume of capsules per jar, because it comes with 60 capsules but the dose is two per day, so one jar will last one month unless you decide to start with one capsule per day. While the capsules are a bit larger than I prefer, they’re pretty much the standard size for supplements.So far I haven’t experienced any adverse side effects, which is always a good thing. The product arrived well packaged and sealed with no breakage or leakage and an expiration date well into the future. I feel good about adding this to my daily routine and look forward to seeing its effects over time.

Haven’t noticed any results and expensive
I wish I could say I’ve noticed some wonderful results after using this Lubracil MenoNAD for Women, but after about 4 weeks of use, nothing has really changed. There are 90 capsules( normal size, easy to swallow and no smell or aftertaste) included which amounts to about a month and half of use. I find the $40.00 price tag a bit steep for the amount enclosed. The company says it usually takes 4-6 weeks to see real results so maybe if I’d buy more I’d be able to test that out. I do like it contains Resveratol and they include an expiration date which is helpful but I wouldn’t get these again!

May be a good supplement to support healthy aging
If you’re looking for a supplement containing both liposomal beta NAD+ and resveratrol, Lubracil MenoNAD+ could be a good choice for you. The ingredients are not listed on the product page. The package copy says that 2 capsules contain 500mg MenoNAD™ Liposomal beta-NAD+ and 50mg of Trans-Resveratrol. Other ingredients are listed as: Sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and a vegetable cellulase capsule.The Amazon product description claims that “MenoNAD+ promotes cellular energy, vitality, and healthy aging during midlife”, and then goes on to later say “Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.” Searching on my own, there is some good research that suggests that NAD+ could have anti-aging and cellular benefits, such as supporting mental clarity, cognitive function, and healthy cellular function, but this has not yet been proven in humans. And resveratrol is a strong antioxidant, known for it’s health benefits and helps to combat oxidative stress.Because I haven’t taken this for a long enough time to note any difference, I’m giving it 4 stars for now. If I have further insights after taking it for awhile, I’ll come back and update the review pending what I find.

I have been taking these, container could be shorter, packaging is nice, easy to open, capsules no strong scent, not too big.Some results have been noticed but it’s too early to tell for sure. As always any product like this can affect different people in different ways and you should do your own research.

Focus improved.Healthy aging: Midlife = mitochondria slow down. NAD+ declines with age. This targets that root cause vs just masking fatigue. Skin looks less dull too.No hormones: Key for me. MenoNAD = cellular support, not estrogen/progesterone. Works alongside or without HRT.Only con: Takes 4-6 weeks to build up. Week 1 I felt nothing. Month 2 is when energy/vitality kicked in. Also not cheap, but cheaper than 5 separate supplements.Bottom line: If you’re 45+ woman dealing with perimenopause fatigue + brain fog and want non-hormonal support, MenoNAD delivers. “Healthy aging” isn’t hype — it’s fixing cellular energy.
