Large caplets
These calcium caplets are pretty big but they can be cut in two. They contain calcium and vitamin D and have no taste. The serving size is one caplet twice daily and you get 100 of them. I ordered the LUAL Calcium Bone Health Dietary Supplement Tablets, 600 mg, 100 Count. The product arrived in a recloseable zip top bag. The pills are easy to swallow, with no taste or smell. I had no upset stomach or other ill effects after taking the supplement.

sophisticated packaging
Dual purported as made by same company as Spring Valley seems like a descent start up. The major con for me are these ate manufactured in China and don’t appear to be 3rd party tested. They are relatively easy to swallow and are standard sized. For me the simple ingredients appealed to me. These have calcium and vitamin d in a standard amount with no other unnecessary vitamins added.

Big pill but nice packaging
I like the packaging this came in, very travel friendly and arrived intact. Made in China. Very huge pills but easy enough to swallow, this is the biggest supplement tab I have in my current supplement box so it takes some getting used to. Haven’t noticed any GI issues so so far so good.

A good supplement for the cost
There isn’t a high amount of either D3 or calcium, but it is intended to be taken twice a day. I think it’s odd that there are 100 pills for a 50 day supply. I mean, why not just make it a 120 for a 60 day supply? That would make more sense. I didn’t mind the size or taste of these so, no issues there. I’d prefer a pill bottle over a bag, but at least you can seal the bag. The price for these is reasonable and I would recommend them for that reason.

The LUAL calcium tablets are easy to swallow, have no weird aftertaste and have not upset my stomach (taken with food as the suggested use indicates on the bag). You’re supposed to take one tablet twice per day, which sometimes I forget that second tablet. If you’re good with remembering to take two per day and prefer the tablet form over a chewable supplement, give ‘em a try!

This Calcium supplement is an easy to take tablet. They also contain a small amount of Vitamin D that I’ve heard helps with absorption.There were no unusual tastes or flavors. I took several of these without noticing any negative side effects.
