    So far so good

    I’ve hit what my sister calls “second puberty” at almost 30 yrs old, and I’ve started getting red hormonal acne along my jaw line and cheekbones. I wouldn’t call it severe, but its worse than I ever had, even as a teen. Covid and masks certainly aren’t helping either. I started by adopting a different cleanser routine, which sort of helped, but it wasn’t really doing the trick. I took this for one month now, and I am glad to say that I think it’s really nipped the worst of my problem in the bud. I bought a second round. I still get onsie,twosie pimples, but its so much more manageable. This is with me working out in a sauna environment daily! Overall, I would recommend this product.

    Keeps acne at bay!

    I had some bad hormonal acne, but I have seen my face clear up so much while taking this. It’s only been a month and I feel so much better about my face now! I make sure to take it before bed because it has given me some nausea, but I also have GI problems. It’s worth working around!

    Omg!! My acne is GONE!!!!

    I am 50 years old and have had acne for many, many years of my life. Since 2016 I have had horrific cystic chin acne that I just could not get rid of. I even took Accutane for five weeks but had to stop because I had extreme nosebleeds. These probiotics completely cleared up my face but it took two months for the results!

    Do not recommend

    I took the first pill yesterday and everything felt fine. Took the second pill today around 11am and got the WORST stomach pain about 30 minutes later. I thought it was because I had not eaten anything when I took the pill today. Then when I got on here again to look at more reviews, I’ve seen the same issues. It’s almost midnight, and I am in excruciating pain in my upper abdomen. I have been literally ALL DAY. It’s a sharp cramping pain where I feel like I’m going to throw up but never do. I’ve thought about going to the ER because it is so bad. It goes away and I think it’s better and then hits me again about every 10 minutes. Unbearable pain. So please don’t waste your money & save your tummy.

    It’s ok

    I have been taking these for a few days now. I have food before taking them but they make me nauseous. The bottle is also 1/4 filled. Seems like such a waste of plastic and space. I will keep trying to take them and see if anything changes but Idk if I will purchase again.
