So depending on how you take this, it is a one or two month supply. They are easy to swallow capsules. It also comes with a little pill bottle for travel purposes which is just a nice touch.Also, the bottle is BLUE so it really stands out in my big cabinet of supplements. It’s the worst thing you’ve ever put in your mouth and it’s not even close. I keep it on hand to taste test the supplement tudca I buy.This brand’s offering is real. I can’t say it’s 100% pure, but it’s very strong.The pills are well packed, as there isn’t any leftover powder on the outside to leave that horrible taste in your mouth.This is a 30 day supply, good if you need a short duration. I had to do a little research before trying this one. I hadn’t heard of TUDCA before but after reading up on it I learned it’s a bile salt that’s been used to support liver and gallbladder function. I don’t have any diagnosed liver issues but I do take a daily medication, enjoy the occasional glass of wine, and just want to be a little more proactive as I get older. This seemed like a beneficial supplement to try. I’ve been using this LongLifeNutri TUDCA for about a month now, and so far I’ve had a good experience. The capsules are average size and easy enough to swallow. I like that it’s a clean formula because it’s vegetarian with no weird additives and made in the USA. That all matters to me when I’m choosing something for long term health support. I can’t say I’ve had any dramatic changes but I do feel like my digestion has been a bit smoother and I don’t feel as heavy or bloated after meals as I sometimes do. Tudca for Support of Bile Flow and Liver
I like Tudca for support of bile flow and liver. The label is different than the picture shown, but the ingredients seem to be the same. The capsules are easy to take. I like to take 1 in AM and 1 in PM. The labeling is really hard to read as its small, but it seems they have newer labeling than the bottle I received.My main problem is that Tudca usually smells like acetone or a permanent marker. This one doesn’t smell so I don’t know if it actually has in it what it says it does.
