Affordable, effective supplement
This Synaptiq supplement has good ingredients, and is sold at a great price for a 3 month supply. It is unflavored, in easy to swallow capsules, and manufactured in the US under strict quality control standards. After trying this product for a couple of months, I do believe that I felt more focused. I don’t really think I had more energy, but maybe feeling more focused was actually being more energized as well. Sadly, my product did not include the mentioned pill case. But the product itself was a good find. And at approximately $11 per month when broken down of the overall cost, I would call it an affordable, effective supplement.

Lifted brain fog, more lucid
As I write this I am not using any other nootropics so I can assess this as a standalone, and this works good. It gave me a little more focus and a little more clarity, which means less time procrastinating on what to do. My overall mood was unchanged. I didn’t gain physical energy and neither did it seem like mental energy, but more like mental endurance. Price is good if you want to combo Alpha-GPC and Uridine compared to getting them separately.

The pill case did not come with as advertised. And product did nothing for me. I use a different alpha gpc that really works so I know the difference.

I’ve been using Synaptiq for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my focus and mental clarity. The combination of Alpha GPC and Uridine Monophosphate seems to help me stay alert throughout the day without the jittery feeling I get from caffeine. I also appreciate that the capsules are vegetarian and made in the USA, which gives me confidence in the quality. I’ve seen firsthand how tough memory issues can be since I’ve been caring for a loved one, so I’ve been doing what I can now to support my own brain health. My memory has never been the best, so I’ve been changing up my diet and adding some supplements to hopefully help with my focus and overall health.I hadn’t heard of this particular combo before (Alpha GPC & Uridine), so I did a little research. From what I read, some of the possible benefits include better focus, productivity, memory/recall, mood, and motivation. It sounds like more studies are needed, but the combination seems promising and it’s supposed to be pretty well tolerated, so I figured I’d try it.Compared to others I looked at, this dosage is a little higher and the price is slightly cheaper. The serving size is 2 capsules, with 180 total – so basically 3 month’s worth. The capsules are small to medium sized and easy to swallow. They don’t upset my stomach, which can be sensitive at times. I take them in the morning since I read they might cause trouble sleeping if taken later in the day (I already deal with insomnia).I’ve been taking them most mornings for the past few weeks and I do feel like it’s been helping. I know there’s always a chance of the placebo effect when starting something new, but I’ve noticed some small improvements in concentration and mood (my husband even commented on the mood part). I’m not sure yet how much is short-term vs. long-term, but I’m optimistic and plan to keep taking them. I’m giving this the benefit of the doubt, but will definitely update if anything changes.

This is an amazing supplement called Synaptiq which has Alpha GPC + Uridine Monophosphate! It is designed to boost energy and makes a great pre-workout! I had no idea what to expect, but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness! This supplement does what it says it will do at least for me! I feel so much more focused and energetic after taking this and the effectiveness lasts for hours. I have had no side effects and the capsules are a small size and easy to take.The dosage is two capsules daily and at this dosage this bottle will last three months! I would recommend taking it earlier in the day as the energy boost is significant, but honestly when taking it early in the day I sleep well also! There is a little to-go pill container included too! I like that the bottle was double safety sealed and made in the USA at a GMP facility and third party lab tested. The lot number and expiration date is also clearly listed on the bottom of the bottle. All of these factors make this a win to me!I feel like this is a GREAt value for the money as this is a three month supply and there is even an extra discount at the time of my review!
