Low-ish dosage, but I like that this also includes Pomegranate for Ellagic Acid
First, I like taking Olive Leaf Extract because I have noticed it does seem to help me with some hEDS-related joint inflammation. It’s not a miracle or anything – I still end up having to use KT tape and/or compression gloves often – but there is a noticeable positive impact for me, personally.I also like that this includes Pomegranate Extract (seemingly standardized to 40% Ellagic Acid), as we have seen a lot of fuss lately about Ellagic Acid being converted into Urolithin A and all the benefits of that product. The issue is that not everyone has the required gut bacteria to effectively convert Ellagic Acid into Urolithin A, and thus you see a lot of those extremely pricy Urolithin A supplements floating around. I have a suspicion that I am capable of the conversion, based on the fact that I felt the best I ever did during a month where I had the opportunity to include a *literal carton of blackberries* in my daily diet. Unfortunately, eating a whole carton of fresh blackberries every day is not super practical long-term, so instead I am just trying to supplement Ellagic Acid instead.With that said… this supplement includes a rather low dosage. Research studies seem to back 500-1000mg of Olive Leaf Extract per day as the sweet spot to feel health benefits, and 500-1000mg of Pomegranate Extract is what is typically used in studies about Urolithin A production. This supplement provides 100mg of Olive Leaf and 75mg of Pomegranate, so unless you are taking multiple capsules per day or mixing it with other supplements and/or actual real food intake of other hydroxytyrosol and Ellagic Acid sources, I’m not sure how much effect you would see.The capsule itself is tiny and very easy to swallow. There is no odor, aftertaste, nor does it cause any sort of nausea or digestive upset. It’s very easy to include in my supplement regimen. However, because I would prefer to use dosages supported by research studies, I probably wouldn’t end up repurchasing this specific product.

Since I’ve had my last child at 39 my brain fog has been horrible. I once was such a rapid fire no hesitation talker. After I got pregnant this last time I couldn’t find 30% or more of the words I was looking for. My kids noticed, my husband noticed.Although I certainly not cognitively where I would like to be, I do believe that this supplement has been helping me. Potent Antioxidant
For me, the primary benefit of olive supplements always seemed to be the cardiovascular benefits from the oleuropein. That isn’t the focus of Longevity by Nature’s marketing at the moment, for whatever, but it’s still a relevant selling point. These olive leaf extract capsules are beneficial in multiple ways, and I believe they’re a good investment in cardiovascular health, immune performance, and longevity. Like that this is a vegetarian product. Pleased with my overall experience.

It’s the real deal and I’m cautiously optimistic that it will be a useful addition to my regimen.
I have more than my share of issues with inflammation, so I’m always on the look out for something else to try. Hydroxytyrosol is supposed to be one heck of an anti-oxident, with anti-inflammatory properties. So basically, right up my alley.I’m only a week or so into it and it’s difficult at this point to really pick out the benefits. But, it’s definitely well-tolerated, which can sometimes be an issue for me with supplements. Also, I take quite a few supplements, so there’s a lot of background noise for anything new to break through to show itself. But for now, I’m cautiously optimistic. This seems to be the real deal.Pills are small and take up very little of the bottle. They really could have used a much smaller container. No particularly strong flavor or aroma. Slightly green powder. Definitely a plant material of some sort. It’s labeled as olive leaf, but is in fact olive leaf extract (which is better).I’ve just started to make a point of reaching out to sellers to see if they’ll share their third party testing data. It seems to me that there’s a lot of garbage out there and I feel like the ones that are legit, will be willing to share. After some back forth with the company, they did provide me with the information I was looking for. I am reassured that the quality, purity, and strength meets or exceeds what is on the label. This isn’t the cheapest supplement out there, so it is very reassuring to have seen some independent third party testing confirmation that it is what it claims to be.Customer service is excellent, btw. That counts for a lot in my book. I asked questions and I got answers.I’ll update my review if I have anything further to add, but for now, I’m giving it 5 stars for an excellent and very promising product, sold by a company that’s willing to step up and prove it. Longevity by Nature Olive Leaf Extract Capsules arrive with safety seals.There are 30 miniscule capsules in such a large bottle which to me, makes it wasteful.The health benefits of olive leaf are extensive, according to well known medical websites. that this may potentially help.Mostly known as a free radical scavenger, it’s usually effective on that part.The price is expensive for only 100mg but it’s made in USA and 3rd party lab tested.
