Not for Me!
This is my honest review for this product. I don’t think this is for me. I bought this product due to the high positive reviews and as a person with difficulty in controlling my hunger. I need a strong one to help me control my appetite. Hence, this product didn’t do anything for me. I’ve been taking this for a week now and guess what?! I gained weight, 7 Lbs. YEP! didn’t help me suppressed or controlled my appetite, didnt give me energy, I can sleep even after taking the pills. So nothing, it didn’t work for me. 😕 I think I ate more than before. It’s so disappointing coz this pills are not cheap either. It was not for me I just wasted my money for nothing. The only think that MELT does to me is I sweat maybe because the weather is warm too at 80°F it adds up. BTW, I’m on my 3 months postpartum and I wanted to have a little bit of push to keep me moving that’s why I bought this. I don’t breastfeed so that’s why I bought the pills. But sad to say it didn’t help me. Any suggestions for weight loss product that is effective? I’m up for it.

Really good for me
I love this product!!! I have tried so many throughout the years and I don’t like the ones that are too strong that makes ur heart beat so fast and u feel like u are gonna have a heart attack, I’ve tried some that are not like that but didn’t do much other than suppress my hunger for a bit and after a couple of weeks I think my body go used to the product and didn’t have the same affect anymore. Now, this one is amazingI’m a small person, 5’2″ and always been around 120 to 125 pounds. But I had stopped going to the gym for about 7yrs and little by little I’ve gained about 10 pounds and I’m almost 50 yrs old so to lose the weight is much harder, I started going to the gym in Feb and about 6 weeks ago I found this product and decided to give it a try, now, keep in mind that every body is different and the results are going to be different to each individual, I found out that this one doesnt make u feel jittery, they do have a stronger version that does make u feel jittery but since I don’t like that I decided to try this one and I can’t be happier, not only it suppressed my appetite all day and along with exercise( I’m only able to go to the gym 2x a week) I’ve lost almost 5 pounds in 6weeks.I gotta say I have to force myself to eat something, I’m not a big water drinker but I do drink water every day but maybe not enough, because it is important drinking lots of water since it’s thru your urine that u are gonna release the fat, I’ve been drinking more than used to and I am very happy so far, oh also I’m only taking 1 capsule a day, specially because it has caffeine and some people are very sensitive to it and won’t be able to sleep so I usually I take 1 in the morning 30 min before my breakfast and off course i try to eat cleaner but not a harsh diet at all, in which I’ve always been eating healthy, most of the time.Overall, this is the first time I try a fat burner that works for me.Very happy with it!!!! 👍👌🙌

Miracle worker
Wow. A family member brought up my weight and I know they never would unless it was serious.Was filled with stress and a lot of things going on knowing I was heading towards a downward spiral. I did some research, and gave this a try.Literally two weeks later, I’ve gotten off coffee, drinking only water and my appetite is almost gone. I don’t want to drink alcohol or be lazy anymore.Decided to go to the gym with my better mood, and I can only go up from here!I take one a day on an empty stomach and eat a bit after 30 minutes. I think this is that drug from limitless
Listen I dont know what half the ingredients were in this but I needed something to keep my energy going and dear God, I was zooming. I felt like there were bees in my ears. My brain was working in 500 fps. I could see sounds. The world around me was in slow motion. I completed 5 loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, wrote 3 work reports in the span of 8 hours on one pill before I could feel it stopped working (on account of the bees were not in my head anymore). I also wasn’t supremely exhausted when it stopped working. Just normal. I didn’t pass out like I usually do at the lull of a busy day. I also realized I ate a lot less than normal and drank a ton of water. I normally survive daily on multiple cups of coffee, and still have zero energy and nearly knock out around 3 pm daily. I needed nothing but water and this pill today. I think I became superhuman on this. I will say when I sat still for more than ten minutes that the bees in my head became angry and so I had to get up and start moving so maybe not ideal if you have to sit still after taking it.

Didn’t help me loose weight, but nice clean energy
I’ve been taking these for about 6w now, a long with a clean diet and regular exercise. It has not helped me loose weight BUT- I do love that it gives me a few hours of clean energy meaning that shortly after I take it I notice I have more stamina to do chores or exercise and there’s no crash so it just tapers off and I don’t even notice when the energy boost is gone tbh. For that alone I like it but it has not helped me loose weight unfortunately

Overall good choice
MELT EXT gives a noticeable boost in energy and focus, and it does help curb appetite, which can make sticking to a diet easier. However, the formula is very strong, and I experienced some restlessness at times. It’s useful if you need an extra push, but it’s not a magic. I’d recommend starting slow and only using it alongside a proper diet and exercise routine.

I’d say they’re pretty good however it’s only really curved my cravings not so much “fat burning” but if you’re looking for something to just maybe halt the midnight munchies then this would be a good choice.
