    Multi benefit detox supplement

    MegaGold appears to be a newer supplement company, and while it was difficult to find much information or transparency about the company, it’s at least IFOS certified meaning it’s fish oils have been reliably certified by a third party testing program, so why not try it?This is an interesting supplement combo I didn’t know existed, I take all of these separately, but never as one single supplement. While a serving of these are less than what I would take with each supplement individually, ie. only 80mg of milk thistle, this combo makes my life much easier. So many less capsules and pills to take. There isn’t a fishy aftertaste or burps, even with my acid reflux.If I need more of an ingredient, I’ll take more but this serving size is a nice daily base amount to start off on.I don’t take or follow my supplements strictly daily, but change it as my daily diet and nutrition intake changes, so I think this will last me more than a month. If this is considered higher price, I’m factoring in ease and convenience as value. This eliminates a number of supplements i have to take and keep track of and I heavily value detox supplements as daily support.

    Third party tested omega 3

    It appears to be working in well for my body as I’ve had no digestive upset after taking this. I mainly wanted it to help support in my liver and considering the fact it’s third party tested, something I really value especially when it comes to omega 3 supplements. There is no unpleasant aftertaste either thankfully and it’s easy to intake them. I have yet to notice any obvious health benefits but so far I liked the ingredients list use of herbs and that it’s been tested. Will say though, these are a bit pricey to me.

    No obvious effects

    It’s difficult to evaluate a supplement because it takes so long to notice a difference. Since receiving this supplement, I have not felt much different. I had been taking milk thistle supplements for quite some time, because milk thistle has many subtle benefits.The other ingredients have been discussed in another review, so there is no point in belaboring that. The amounts of B vitamins seem to be a bit overdone, but that is typical in many B supplements.Bottom line is that there has been no discernible difference between this and less expensive standalone milk thistle supplements.

    Convenient combination, but you definitely pay for that convenience

    I’ve been taking milk thistle for a while now. It originally started as something I’d take before drinking, but over time it became part of my regular daily supplement routine. I also like taking fish oil, so the idea of combining both into a single softgel was appealing right away.Overall, I like the product itself. It’s convenient, easy to take, and the softgels seem well made. I appreciate not having to manage multiple bottles or separate supplements, especially for something I take consistently. The convenience factor here is genuinely nice.That said, the value proposition is a little harder to justify.At around $40 for 60 pills, and with a serving size of 2 pills, you’re looking at over a dollar per serving. That’s pretty expensive for what are ultimately fairly common supplements. You are definitely paying a premium for the combination formula and convenience of having everything together in one product.Still, if you already take both milk thistle and fish oil regularly and want to simplify your supplement routine, this may be worth it for you. The product itself seems quality and thoughtfully formulated. I just wish the cost per serving was a bit lower.

These pills are odorless so no need to worry about suspicious smells (i.e. fishy smell for omega-3s)Doses: In my case, I take one pill per day. Your actual dose will depend on your diet.When I am taking it: I take it every morning before my breakfast as per recommendation by GPT. I also take omega-3 with this in the morningBenefit: It is hard to tell whether this is directly related to weight loss, but I am starting to lose weight little by little. In addition to this, I am also taking multivitamin and go to gym 4-5times a week now. I would say it has stake in my weight loss but unsure about its direct benefit as of now (about little less than two weeks into taking this)Price: Considering that this is not one of the major supplements like vitamin C, multivitamin, magnesium, and omega-3, it feels bit expensive to spend $40 per month on this. Especially since those who take this would not be taking just this, but with multiple other supplements, I am not sure how attractive this would be to regular customers. My opinion may change after noticing its benefits further down the line, but for the moment, I think it is an expensive option for a secondary supplement.
