Liver and kidney cleanse supplement with some great ingredients
This is a supplement intended to promote liver and kidney cleansing and overall health.It contains an amino complex that would seem to be the primary active ingredient component. This includes several ingredients that I’ve taken in the past as standalone supplements, including N-acetyl-L-cysteine, L-taurine, and glycine. This formula also includes generous doses of both vitamin C (200 mg) and selenium (115 mcg). Based on what I’ve read, selenium is a very powerful antioxidant, which is a definite plus.Rounding out the ingredients, it contains milk thistle, which purportedly may be helpful for liver health, and a fiber blend, which would seem to make sense in a cleansing supplement.These are average-sized capsules that are easy to swallow and which have no taste. This supplement works well so far, and I have not noticed any problems or concerns while using it. The capsules have been easy to take, and everything about the product has felt straightforward and hassle free.Since I am healthy and fairly young, I cannot really speak to any dramatic difference, but I can say it has been easy to add into my routine without any issues. That matters to me with supplements, because I mostly want something simple that feels consistent and easy to use.Overall, I have had a good experience with it. No complaints from me at this point, and it seems like a solid option if you are looking for a basic liver support supplement. Very easy to take and no noticable downsides for me.

Useful supplement at a decent price
This supplement contains a lot of items that seem useful. Plenty of Vitamin C, Milk Thistle, dandelion extract, artichoke extract. Hey, I can’t say exactly what all of these things do for you, but the pills are easy to take and if these ingredients are something you want to add; the price is reasonable. The one warning is that they stink. Smell-wise, they are one of the more off-putting supplements I have ever taken. That said, you don’t taste it when you take them, nor is there any after taste. Some things that are good for you simply stink… Cod liver oil for example. lol

This supplement is great for the liver and kidneys. I did not experience any bad side effects from the supplement. The capsules are very easy to swallow. I highly recommend this for product for a liver and kidney cleanse.

Effective, quality product
Any time I start on a new supplement, I take half the amount recommended so that I can assess my tolerance. I started out with one per day, and within three days, I was comfortable moving into taking the recommended two per day. I have had no side effects to report. I was especially keen to take these faithfully every day on a recent seven day vacation at the beach. Rich seafood, assorted cocktails, and quick-grab snacks usually leave me feeling sluggish and in need of a detox. These liver and kidney support supplements made me feel balanced and protected. It was quite obvious in the mornings, when I woke up feeling energetic and clear-minded. There is so much more than Milk Thistle in this supplement, like quercetin and alpha lipoic acid, that I am impressed with.

Comparing them to a quarter, they’re on the larger side but still manageable to swallow. The fill inside looks consistent across capsules, and I didn’t notice any broken or leaking capsules in the bottle. The count is 60 capsules total. Based on the label directions (2 capsules per serving, 30 servings per container), this comes out to about a 30-day supply. Product contains 60 capsules with a recomended dose of 2 capsules per day yeilding a 30 days supply. The capsules are a medium size and I found them easy to take. They have an earthy smell but not bad. Product contains an assortment of plant extracts but caution should be used if you are alergic to ragweed or daisy type flowers. I would suggest a half dose to test out the product to see if you have any reactions first. Product does contain contact info should you have questions. The price seems inline with many other brands but I also found much more reasonably priced products with same ingredients.
