Unfortunately something in the blend of herbs didn’t agree with my digestive system. I felt it best to not continue with this particular formula but I’m not sure which herb was the culprit. Didn’t want to take any chances by sticking with it.

I didn’t notice any of the odd tasting burps or lingering aftertaste that I’ve had with some concentrated supplements in the past. In fact I’d say I haven’t noticed any negative side effects at all. After taking them consistently, I found myself feeling a bit less sluggish and overall “lighter”. Girlfriend has been doing a little research into some herbal supplements (that have been shown to actually help out) for her recent liver diagnosis. One of the remedies that was recommended was milk thistle, which is surprisingly hard to get a hold of even online. Thankfully that’s all taken care of with this supplement! Milk thistle is one of the top ingredients for what she was looking out for, and after checking out the other ingredients they all have a part in helping out with the liver for an effective supplement.These are formulated in a vegetarian gel cap that’s pretty easy to take, we noted no issues in swallowing or the caps being “sticky” on the way down and you can clearly see the herbal mix inside where we noted no major variances in content between the pills. As for the taking these, your mileage may vary but she did not notice any detrimental effects or any issues with her current medication which is a plus after taking these daily for about two weeks. My only negative is that I wish Herbsforever would have testing and certifications available, but I’m sure you can get these requested directly. It would be nice to know the contents are as exactly as described. Either way, these seem to be helping her out and after some labwork we’ll see if there’s an improvement with taking these!
