    Easy to keep in my routine

    Overall, I think this is a great supplement for anyone looking for convenient daily liver support. I like the combination of milk thistle, turmeric, and ginger, and the liquid shot makes it quick and easy to take. It has become a simple addition to my routine, and I would definitely buy it again.

    Nice flavor. Strongest flavor is the sweet blood orange. The turmeric adds a nice smooth earthy quality and the ginger is not very strong. I love that milk thistle, dandelion and kudzu are also included. All beneficial for liver health. I usually only see milk thistle in pill form and it’s not as fun to take. Dandelion while awesome can taste bitter – none of that with this! Kudzu is an herb I just have as chunks to make tea, which again doesn’t taste as good and is a little awkward to make.I think most people will either like or be able to tolerate the flavor of these shots. I’ve been taking turmeric ginger shots for decades so I’ve definitely acquired the taste.Definitely seems to give me energy. Helps with digestion and weight management. Good for the immune system. Beneficial for liver and gallbladder. Anti inflammatory.No need to mix or dissolve into water. Travels well. The seam on the packets does make it hard to get a seal while drinking. Good quality ingredients. Reasonable price for value. I experienced no negative side effects.
