These seem like really nice, high quality supplements! I’m sensitive to L-Tyrosine, and can definitely feel it when I take these, so I can vouch for the fact that these are no placebo. I definitely have a lot more energy, and feel a good bit stronger (mentally) after I take theseNote, you should definitely take these with water. I usually dry swallow pills, but doing so with these gave me bad acid reflux. I don’t blame the pills for this, dry swallowing is a bad idea, I just have a bad habit.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, that you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes almost full to the neck, which is pretty rare nowadays.Unfortunately, Amazon put their sticker right on the bottle’s label so I can’t read all the information there.The directions say to take 2 capsules per day or for enhanced results take 4 capsules per day, so depending on what you do it the bottle will last 1-2 months.The expiration date on mine is Feb 27, 2028.The scent of the capsules reminds me of weeds in the field when I was younger. At least that’s natural =) They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO, Made in the USA, and has a GMP stamp. It also says money back guarantee, which is nice since Amazon does not accept returns on supplements.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their livelyvitaminco site is functional and informative. It is a family-owned company, and I like that the site shows them and the experts they partner with. It also says they use 3rd-party testing; certificates of analysis (COAs) “are available for full transparency.” NICE. This is a great formula, and has been helpful for me quickly and daily. Great value.
I like this supplement. I have been a fan of Lugal’s drops for years. I ran out of my favorite brand, that was great quality. This seem to work well. The ad states that there are 3 types of iodine in the formula, but I can’t figure that out by reading the label. I like the over-all formula which is pretty impressive, but can only notice 2 types of iodine? I do know that I love kelp for many reasons to include the great quality of iodine found in kelp.I don’t have diagnosed thyroid issues, but I do feel better when supplementing for my thyroid health. I do have an easier time regulating my body temperature. I can feel chilly in a 75 degree room some days, and addressing iodine levels helps this for me.I am taking this as recommended, but some days rather than 3 capsules, I take less.No smell or taste issues that are deal breakers, but I do detect the NAC that has a sulfur component that helps the body to utilize more of it. It is not that bad but people are all different and this smell may bother some people. Sulfur greatly improves bio-availability.5 stars

Noticeable difference
I’ve been using this supplement for a bit now and overall, I think it’s a solid formula. It’s got a strong dose of iodine (9500 mcg — more than enough), plus selenium, tyrosine, and some added extras like NAC and guggul extract that you don’t always see in cheaper blends.It’s clearly designed to give your thyroid a full nutrient stack, not just a sprinkle of one thing. The energy boost is subtle but real , no crashes, just a little more get up and go. And my body temperature regulation has felt steadier, which might be thanks to the iodine + selenium combo.That said, it’s not magic in a bottle. If your thyroid’s sluggish or you’ve got serious hormonal imbalance, this isn’t going to replace a proper diagnosis or thyroid meds. It’s more of a “gentle support tool” than a fix all.

Good thyroid and overall health
Got the Lively TLC for thyroid and overall healthy body functions. I’m always looking for simple things to add to my regime. My thyroid number is inching toward high, as of late, but not considered high enough to treat. TLC is average size as any other supplements to me. The smell and taste are tolerable, but admittedly I still mask it by taking it with my morning office. I haven’t noticed any reactions or ill effects, so I’d have to say so far so good. I’ve only been using it for almost 3 weeks. It’s manufactured in the U.S , but doesn’t give any other specifics, but that’s not an importance to me, but may be to others. Due to my own limited experience, I’ll have to give it 5 stars. I think the price is great for what you get, you will get a full 60 day supply. Take 2 daily, so enough time to see if it works for you.

Good source of Iodine
This is one of those supplements that works over time. I wanted to try it because it contains numerous ingredients that are said to help in many of the areas I feel I’m suffering in, such as fatigue, thinning hair, brittle nails, and weight gain to name a few. I know I’m deficient in iodine intake so maybe this product will do something positive for me. But again it takes time. I chose this product because it has a decent serving to cost ratio as well as the ingredients and three different iodine’s. The caps are pretty easy to take, no smell or taste and not that big. I will update after I finish the bottle.

Not sure if this contains 2 iodine components, or 3, but it seems like a high-quality supplement!
A large number of people, myself included, now take in a less-than-optimal amount of iodine through dietary sources. Iodine is needed by the thyroid gland, and iodine deficiency has been linked to fatigue, weight gain, constipation, brittle nails, and difficulty regulating body temperature. I’m not suggesting that nutritional supplements can cure or treat any form of disease, but I ordered these LIVELY VITAMIN CO. Thyroid TLC capsules in an effort to holistically support my thyroid, and improve my overall metabolic fitness and health. I like the formulation of this product, but do have one question about the listing: this supplement is advertised as containing “three types of iodine” but the label only shows two; potassium iodide and sodium iodide. If the Lively Vitamin company could clarify this discrepancy for potential future buyers, I think it would be helpful; nonetheless, this seems to be a well-researched and well-formulated supplement, made in the USA, by a small family-owned company. The ingredients are: Iodine (as Potassium Iodide & Sodium Iodide; from Organic Kelp); Selenium (as Selenomethionine); Tyrosine; N-Acetyl L-Cysteine; and Guggul Extract (Commiphora Mukul) derived from gum resin standardized to 2.5% Guggulsterones. Other Ingredients: Methylcellulose Capsule. DAIRY-FREE | GLUTEN-FREE | SOY-FREE | NON-GMO Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. Each bottle contains 120 capsules, and a suggested service size is two capsules, so if it’s taken as directed, one bottle will last for two months.
