I have had no side effects from this product, call that good or bad, I have not noticed really any differences in my health since taking. It is easy enough to take the two pills per day required. No stomach upset and no taste. This is probably a quality item I just can’t say for sure that it contains what it says it contains. Will continue to take though for the sake of it.

Live Good has some exceptional products and I am sure this one is too. However, the black seed oil made my tongue numb and gave a metallic taste in my mouth. Very uncomfortable. When I stopped using the product, those symptoms resolved.

Clean Formula
These black seed capsules tick all the boxes on paper. Single ingredient, no fillers, made in the US, and easy to swallow. The capsules have no taste going down, and even when one was opened to test the oil, the flavor was surprisingly mild and almost neutral with barely any smell. That is very different from the strong, spicy, bitter black seed oils that usually show up in bottles.Because of that mild taste and lighter color, there is a little question mark in the back of my mind about how concentrated it really is, especially with the bold claims about thymoquinone on the label. On the positive side, there were no side effects at all after almost a month of daily use. No stomach upset, no weird aftertaste, nothing negative.On the results side, nothing dramatic happened either. No sudden surge of energy, no obvious change in joints or skin. It feels more like one of those slow, background supplements that might be doing something supportive over a longer stretch, but is not going to deliver instant results.For anyone who wants a clean, easy way to take black seed without dealing with the taste, this is convenient. Just needs realistic expectations.

$29.99 $0.50 per count LIVEGOOD Black Seed Capsules, Cold Pressed Black Cumin Seed Supplement for Immune and Hormone Support, Blackseed Extract from Nigella Sativa (60 Count) 2 per day serving size to get 1000mg.. but I will take only 1 per day if I remember that and 500mg will but just fine – it is a pet peeve of mine this 2 cap per day and over serving size.. but it is common.price of .50 is not even a good deal in my experience in getting supplements so I probably would not buy again unless the price drops.

I was searching for a black seed supplement that was easier to take. Black seed oil is great, but sometimes the flavor is just too overpowering. I was happy to find this LIVEGOOD Black Seed supplement in capsules that are easy to swallow. The health benefits of black seed oil are numerous, so I definitely want to keep this in my regimen. The supplement is high quality, following through with 3rd party testing and GMP. So far I feel the black seed oil has been effective and beneficial to my health and I will continue to take daily.

Been taking this supplement for almost a month now… the good thing is there have been no side-effects during this time period. Unfortunately for this personal usage the claimed benefits are not readily noticeable. It is really tough to know whether or not the Black Seed Capsules actually contain the amount of supplement needed for any effect to take place. Overall the pills are like any other nutrition supplement – easy to swallow with water, no discernible taste to notice, and no odor either. So based on the claims promoted for this iteration of the supplement I’d say this has been a misstep. I’m aware of how personal experience and health condition will dictate the outcome, but in this case these pills are not effective for me. Give them a try since they didn’t make things worse, but your mileage may vary. Don’t forget to ask your health professional before taking any new supplement.
